Staffing shortages definitely impact the service negatively enough to drive to a different place. The staff that showed up is... wonderful. But no dishes cause, no dish washer, no hot water cause the staff they have is scrambling trying to prepare/take orders. Trash piling up. So wierd. Read more
Busy when we arrived around 10:45. Cold snap made it chilly to sit outside. (Traveling without jackets) place is packed. No... tables in restaurant. Outside seating too cold. Overflow to ?atrium? likewise cold. Manager is sitting with new employee takingup booth with two tables. Leaves table to do a tour. Customers are obviously waiting for tables and he is clueless. 4 stars for the quality of the food. Prices are skyrocketing everywhere I guess. The kids working behind the counter are... detached and highly unenthusiastic to be employed. ?Dine in?and ?to go? sound the same to them so just say you?d like to enjoythe meal in front of your tv or at their fine dining establishment, they?ll get it. i ordered online for a pick up and they sent the email saying my food was ready. i walk in and my food is not there so i ask one... of the workers and she was so rude about it. her tone sounded like she was annoyed and then she told me that my order was notready and told me to go back and sit. fifteen minutes after she called my name and gave me the side eye. once i got home iopened it and one of my soup was not in there. i had a horrible experience and will never go back there again. I decided to try something new at Panera and I was very pleasantly surprised. Before, I wouldn't have chosen Panera as one of my... favorite restaurants, but after this meal, I will definitely be making it a regular choice! Read more
Standard Panera fare. Good but not great breakfast sandwich. A nice location to have a business meeting near Park Meadows.
All I ask of Panera is a self serve kiosk for ordering and unsweetened tea that tastes good. This one met both marks, plus it... has plain carbonated water at the soda center so I can make sparkling tea. Also, the layout for the dining area is unlike anyother I've been in. This was quite possibly the worst ordering experience I have encountered...almost to the point of being comical. I placed an... order on the website and 45 minutes later I looked on the DoorDash tracker and it said my almost $30 order was alreadydelivered. I confirmed that it wasn't at my location and called the store. The store rep told me that since it was deliveredby DoorDash they couldn't refund me...I would need to call DoorDash and have them call the store. I called DoorDash and had tobe transferred to a customer experience rep who advised me that they couldn't issue a refund since the order was made on thePanera website. They put me on hold for ten minutes while she waited for the Panera Store to answer. When she finallytransferred me over, the manager said that since the order was done through DoorDash, the delivery and convenience chargecouldn't be refunded. The manager had me wait while she went to go to a register to issue a refund but realized that her phonecouldn't reach the register because it was a landline, so I had to read out my card info in public. She put me on hold foranother full ten minutes while she issued the refund from the register. When she came back, she just said "I gave you a refund,sorry." That was the end of the call. The way this was handled by both Panera and DoorDash was abysmal. I know I'm just onecustomer so this doesn't mean anything, but I will never ever order from Panera or DoorDash again. Read more
