Honest review: The server was nice. It honestly wasn’t that busy, it seems like the servers kinda stand around and talk most... the time. The tacos for 3 ($13) weren’t even hot, tasted like burnt steak mostly, can’t even taste the green chili. Barelywarm. Girlfriends nachos ($16) barely had ANY chips, the chicken in it was barely even warm, but the beans were hot? Also whoadds carrots to nachos? Boyfriend got fajitas ($27) hardly any rice, didn’t come out hot like fajitas are suppose to (been toseveral Mexican restaurants and those fajitas come out sizzling). Most the food was not even warm. Drinks: drinks were reallygood (bf and I ordered 2 of the alcohol and NA drinks). They’re worth the money. Like they’re good on drinks The serverswere nice, very welcoming…but the food isn’t good. Our drinks were great though. I just wouldn’t recommend the food here:/ Girlfriend complained about the chips and chicken on her plate, server offered to add more chips and place it in a heater towarm up the plate. Like what? If something is cold and not made correctly you remake it. Makes no sense. This was a fun place to hang out with friends over some drinks. The staff is friendly and the drinks are really good. The food... is nothing amazing, but good. A bit too pricey for what it is, however it is so big we split a plate with my boyfriend. We hadthe steak and portobello mushroom fajita for $29. Personally I prefer to pay more for a small/regular portion with amazing food,but it's a preference. Read more

The restaurant, food, and staff were excellent. I had the breakfast burrito with pork and spicy green chile, very good. The... rice and black bean sides were tasty as well. Adding a fine print message at the bottom of the menu telling me you will add 5%to support your staff is self serving and solely designed to show the world how generous you are with your employees. Just paythem a living wage and allow your prices to reflect that. The other stuff is just meaningless fluff. Read more

The food was way to pricey for the portion you get. I ordered a steak burrito which was $15 and all I got was pieces of steak... wrapped in a tortilla with nothing else inside, and my girlfriend ordered chicken nachos and all she got was a couple chipsspread out on a pan with cheese and a piece of chicken on each chip. This food was not worth $15. I love Mexican food but thiswas the worst restaurant that I've been too. Read more

I stopped in for the first time to Rio Grande and sat at the bar. The wait staff was very friendly, helpful and fun. I ordered... a Steak Burrito smothered with Green Chili. The kitchen turned the order around very quickly. The Steak was tender andflavorful. The black beans, rice and green chili was good. It is a nice casual place to grab a meal with friends.
