20 minute wait for the wrong order. I get when places are busy, but I have seen other Starbucks far busier with fewer problems.... At least one other person in front of us had their order wrong. I watched as the baristas made countless drinks for peoplebehind us while we waited for them to decide to make a sandwich. When I asked since we are now running late, I get a rude ?we?reshort staffed.? They finallytolllng sandwiches out th in bags, then wait to deliver them for another few minutes. We finally getthem, get out to the car, and my coffee is all wrong. I asked for a cappuccino and get a caramel macchiato that is undrinkable.I know why they ask for the tip beforehand, I would have paid for half of what this ended up costing. They won?t care becausethey have a captive audience but do yourself a favor a stop somewhere else before. Read more

This is seriously one of the best Starbucks, the staff is incredible and the flavor of the coffee is always amazing. Justin was... especially knowledgeable, very kind, and professional. Taiyler was also incredible, very sweet and makes an amazing pumpkinspice latte. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to everyone who is a coffee drinker! Read more

The door from the outside was locked, I couldn't get in without scaling two flights of stairs to use another door, walking... through the building, and back down to the ground level again. Read more
