Wow I'm impressed I stumpled upon this place looking for something different from the major chain pizza places. I've visited New... York and went on a pizza tour trying 10 different iconic spots looking for the best pizza there and I've since craved visitingChicago to try authentic deep dish pizza but I may not have to go after all after trying this pizza. I'd easily say this spotcould compete with the top 5 pizzas places I've visited. MUST TRY SPICY DEEP DISH if you come here it is literally perfect.Treat yo self to some decent cookies too. Read more
Excellent pizza pie great tasting crust with fresh ingredients (not frozen). I had the spinach pizza regular crust very... delicious, the feta cheese enhanced the flavors. Kalamata olives brought the flavors all together. In an explosion ofwonderfulness in every taste. I will be back for Deep Dish! Maurice the Mailman, to be continued......... If you are a Chicago transplant in Los Angeles, and you have not been here yet, what are you doing?!? This is authentic... Chicago-style deep dish. Easily on the level of Lou Malnati's. Good crust, well-seasoned and thick sauce, just the right ratioof sauce to cheese. I had a beautiful sausage and onion pie from here, and also got some peach cobbler pie while I wasin. Outside of the amazing food, it's also pretty amazing that they're doing this with just one trained culinary worker. There's a chef who works and trains all the other employees, who are members of his church that fell on hard times and needed ajob. Amazing pizza and pie that also does some good for the community is a fantastic thing. Read more
This my second time here and I will coming back. Their thin crust pizza is great as well as their deep dish. I recommend the... banana coconut pie, it's delicious. If you want a deep dish crust, make sure to order an hour in advance. There is not a bigseating area in here so this more of a takeout place. Read more
The deep dish pizza was awesome, the deepest I've ever had. Crust was thick and delicious, generous amount of cheese. I ordered... the spicy which was amazing. The triple chocolate as well as toffee cookies were the bomb too, and I'm not a toffee fan. Thestaff were all cheerful and provided great service as well. Highly recommended Read more
By far the best deep dish pizza in Long Beach but they are barely ever open any more so hard to get ahold of them!! But... definitely try bc it?s was better than all the other ones. Heartier, better crust, better tasting marinara. Read more
