Really good food for an airport and the outside patio was a great way to spend a couple hours on our layover
Looking for a good meal before your flight. Don't bother with this place. All of our food ended up at another table. After an... hour wait we got our food, but it was wrong. Had 15 minutes to eat and run, almost missed my flight waiting for the bill to becorrected. Had to ask for water to be refilled while waiting, and when our food was served. Ridiculous. Other options aroundhere and not really sit down. Just not sure what's going on at the Boathouse of the Bay. Read more
Obviously it gets super busy at this location. Takes a long while to get service and close out your check. Limited selections... and the Ceasar salad was wilted. Kudos to the waitress who read the dressing bottle to see if there was gluten in it. It would be helpful if there menu indicated this. $42 for a chicken Ceasar and 2 bottles of Cider, plus tip. Great place to eat and grab a drink or two while waiting for your flight. I had the Coconut Shrimp and my son had the Kobe... Burger. Both were hella good! We shared a plate of calamari also and I had an Orchard Hard Cider and a Sidecar cocktail...Really good! Our server Brittany and the Bartender Giovanna were awesome and were super friendly! Nice lunch while I changed planes in Long Beach. Southwest now flies between RNO and LGB!
The food was not good at all. Like their cocktail sauce tasted just like tomato sauce. I gave 3 stars because if you go there... you are just going for the view. Seriously the food was bad. But our waiter was really nice to my kids. So it was definitely kidfriendly. Read more
We had a two hour wait for our flight, and the outdoor area was just awesome to hang out and pass the time. Staff was friendly... and attentive. Try the Chicken Wings... awesome with a bit of kick. Read more
