We haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in a while. Now I remember why. The server was great, very personable. Unfortunately,... the food was barely edible. Whatever the price point, the experience should be delightful, commensurate with the cost. It wasn'tclose. Read more

As a lifelong BWW fan, I was super bummed to find out this location so close to us sucks. Went in yesterday afternoon after... running errands with my husband and our small dog. Having brought our dog to eat on the patio of other BWW, and looking it upverifying BWW allows dogs before heading there, I went in the front and asked for a table outside while hubs waited by theoutside door to be let in. I asked for a table outside because we had our dog and she goes ???is he a service animal?? Andoverall was just so rude, I understand if you don?t allow dogs but this lady was a real B about it. Anyways, I told her I readonline that BWW allows dogs and she says ?oh that?s news to me, well it?s going to take a bit because we don?t have a serveroutside?. We waited for 10 mins outside and no one came. Guess this place didn?t want extra money for dine in customers for beerorders and a tip??? Decided to grocery shop next door and place an online order. Sent the hubs in to pick it up. He said theguy who appeared to handle pickups was on the phone so waited for him to be done, while 3-4 workers nearby who could?ve helpedwere chatting or texting. Food was good as all BWW are but we won?t be returning as dine in guests. Pretty sad too because 99%of Long Beach is so dog friendly! Read more

Horrible service store manager threatened to call the police if we didnt leave the waiting area. I checked in for a party of 3... and waited for over 95 minutes in the waiting area to be told to get out immediately in a very rude manner. Since when is itokay for associates and managers to yell at customers that are waiting for a table and even push customers outside. Veryunprofessional, embarrassing and never coming back to this buffalo wild wings location. I'll make sure to contact customer careand give them full details about this situation so other customers wont experience what happened this night and so managers andassociates get trained on how to deal with situations like this. There were at least 4 employees walking around the front dining room, but seemingly none of them were working, as our family of... 4 was ignored while standing at the host stand for close to 5 minutes with no greeting. We ended up seating ourselves in the bararea. Our server was nice and friendly! Be warned - the wait time for wings is very long, at least on Tuesdays. We ordered 15wings (+15 free) and the Asian Zing Cauliflower. We got our food after approximately 40 minutes. Apparently they were "trainingnew cooks". Our server apologized a couple of times...not her fault, so no worries. It's nice that they have a deal and cook thewings fresh, but there's room for improvement. The wings were all put on the tray with no labels so it was hard to tell whichflavor was which and honestly, although I've tried many of their sauces (including my previous visits), I'm not a big fan of anyof them. The salt and vinegar dry rub was good though. I can't recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to others, as I wouldn't prefer toeat here again. Read more

I need to update this yet again. These guys are something else. I get it, it?s my fault for ordering from this place time after... time. Today, yet another order messed up. Ordered boneless sauce on the side, and traditional sauce on. Guess what? Sauce on theboneless and zero sauce on the traditional. AND no sauce for the traditional at all! They didn?t even put sauce in the bag! Whatis happening over there? So now another trip to the location to get the sauce. It?s a circus over there. Read more

I visit Buffalo Wild Wings to try Cauliflower Wings for my first time. I like my wings to be spicy so I get the hottest sauce.... The wings don't need that much sauce, the flavor is good even after I remove some of the sauce with a napkin. The spicinesswears off after two hours, in my stomach. The wings take about ten minutes to get ready. I'm glad about Cauliflower Wings beinga good replacement option for non-vegan wings. Even so, the price seems to be a bit much for the ingredients.
