Bagels are always good and fresh. I just do not understand the prices. They charge almost 1 dollar extra for toasted with... butter. Ouch. This is my go to place only if nothing else is around. Vons has Bagels and butter for less. Read more
I am from san diego and eat einstein bagels all the time down there. I have been to this location 3 times now and 2 of the 3... times they have messed up my order. I get a turkey sausage egg and cheddar bagel add cream cheese. 2 of the times they haveforgotten to put cream cheese on it but i get upcharged for it. Never returning to this location again. I arrived this morning and asked for a Baker's Dozen and asked if they had any Power Protein Bar and was told that they don't... make them anymore. Hmm gotta upgrade the the website. This was gonna change my order big time. I asked for 4-Blueberry noproblem there then asked for 2-Jalapeno Cheddar and was told that these weren't ready and no time was given to when they wouldbe ready.I then asked for 2-Cinnamon Toast and 2-Six Cheese and no problem. I asked for 5-Onion Bagels to complete my order andwas told that they weren't ready and that they wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. I wasn't gonna wait for them to beready so I refused my order and walked out. This establishment opens at 5am supposedly give or take every morning but not tohave at LEAST ONION BAGELS ready then theirs a problem here. I WILL NO LONGER RETURN BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT DUE TO THE FACTTHAT I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THEM DISCONTINUING MAKING THE POWER PROTEIN BAR!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Einstein's Bros. 2 stars because of the coffee i ordered, 0 for the avocado bagel. first, it was not toasted... i wasnt asked if i want it... toasted or not. the avocado spread is sour which i thought might just be the first bite, but the taste of the spread gets sourthe more i bite into it. i stopped and hopefully i won't get sick. i plan to bring it back to get it addressed but i live quitesome distance away so i will just attach a picture of it Read more
So, my first visit since pre-covid and this location has gone downhill. Thought it strange when I entered during a business week... lunch hour and the place was void of customers, not one. Now I know why. Staff is unfamiliar and unknowledgable about theoperations. Used a bogo coupon for 2 sandwiches then stepped in the restroom while they prepared my order. Quickly came back andmy order was already bagged so I grabbed it and left even though I originally intended to dine in (not permitted). Got home tofind the old bait and switch. One sandwich was correct, the second was a major downgrade. Ordered Turkey cheddar but gotsausage/egg (I think). Your busted! Can't see why I would want to go back... Nothing wrong with this place really. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are good, just expected other items to taste good and it just... didn't live up to my family's expectations. There was nothing about the taste that made us want to go back again nor recommendit to anyone. That's all. Read more
Love this place, begals are always fresh they got so many variety of bagels, & smears. They serve coffe, hot chocolate, blend... mochas and so on. Places is very clean, their staff very friendly, I dont mind the 30 mins. drive becuse I know am getting freshbegals. They also cater and delever. Read more
The customer service was great! We ordered an avocado bacon tomato egg white sandwich and pepperoni pizza bagel. Very tasty!
