Fabulous hidden gem. Lovely staff and AMAZING CHEF. Service was good but our waiter forgot to put in our desert order mid meal.... It takes 20 min to make and so we opted out. It was a disappointment. Otherwise great food. I had the lasagna which us enoughfor at least 2 people to share. We also ordered the loin of lamb and another pasta dish which was a bit salty. Order the breadboard! It is extraordinary. Caviar butter, pork butter and an assortment of snax and delicacies. Definitely a five starexpirience but the missed desert forced 4 stars. Will I return? Not only were all of the staff members who helped our party (hostess and 3 waiters) incredibly kind and friendly, but the food... was just phenomenal. The burrata appetizer is delicious, and the agnolotti was superb. I will DEFINITELY be back and willsuggest this place to friends. Read more
Ellie's, I love you ????. Todays dinner Date with the wife is truly amazing. This place is Pretty solid its a small location a... lot more outdoor seating than inside. Our appetizer consisted of feep fried Mashpotato Croquette with a purée, that alone wasAmazing, fried to perfection and don't get me started on the purée that was Divine. (I would like that everyday thankyou) Compliments to the Chef ! Superb. 2nd dish I had was The Flannery Beef Ribeye, by all means this is a Must ! This puréeand sauce was also inspiring went extremely well with the Ribeye, it was cooked to perfection and even had a slight crisp on theedges of the ribeye, lovely touch, this is also a Must have Dish. Had some veggies in there too. The last dish I shared withthe wife was Risotto Carbonara, We truly expected a little more from this dish. I expected this plate to take my breath away, ithad braised beef tongue and an egg yolk, the plate alone look Beautiful. By all Means I don't want to misinterprete that thiswasn't a good dish. It's a great dish, it certainly took my breath away with the amount of pepper that was in it and the Risottowas undercooked, it was a bit crunchy at times. But the flavor of it was unimaginable, it was great for my taste I think itneeded a few more minutes and less of the pepper again for I want to make it clear For My Taste. Over all this place standsout, The staff is friendly and attentive. Certainly a place to come back to. Parking is Horrible I do recommend you goingearlier to find parking. The ribeye was perfect in flavor; it had a Diane sauce that paired beautifully with the mash potatoes. The meat was slightly... over for our taste but still amazing. The issue we had was with the braised beef tongue risotto. The tongue was perfectly cookedbut tasted like it was tossed in at the end and mixed in. The issue for me was the actual risotto; it was undercooked. I'm notinto crunchy risotto, and it had so much pepper that I kept having to drink water. I've never had pepper burn the back of mythroat; it overpowered the whole dish. I will say the highlight was the potatoes crochet. The sauce on the bottom is insanelydelicious. Read more
