I ordered "freshly baked" cookies from here and they delivered cold, packaged cookies. Lame.
This location is labeled as Crumbs on Postmates/ubereats. Typically loved ordering their cookies because they arrived warm and... were delicious. Sadly not once but twice they decided to send me cold packaged cookies instead of calling to say they were outor something. Update, Sep/11/22 I was picking up pizza and first thing I see is not a friendly face at the window, must be the hot weather or... simply they just disregard "customer service". Just smile or at least a friendly hello. If you work in a restaurant you have togreet ppl in a friendly manner. I say this with confidence because I visit lots of restaurants every day and good customerservice makes a BIG difference. Terrible service, they take way longer than they promise to prepare pizzas plus the femaleemployee is extremely rude. If they don't like their job or they're not capable of giving a fare customer service, theyshouldn't work in a public place. Read more
I LOVE this pizza! It's delicious, my favorite around LB. They also have good specials on their website. Older reviews... complaining about long wait times were not wrong, I have been ordering from them for a couple of years and it used to be anissue. However; in the past few months something changed and I haven't had to wait long for my pizza, it has been always readyon time. Nice work on improving that, Gabriellas! Read more
Margarita pie was with pepperoni added was decent. The price is ridiculous. Plus, the pizza was cooked better on one half than... the other half, leaving the dough chewy and uncooked along the crust. $42 .... not worth it. The problem with the pizza notcooking properly is poor oven heat and nobody turning the pizza half way through cooking so it cooks evenly. If that happened.... then the pizza would edible. Read more
I order from here on postmates/uber eats occasionally and it is extremely inconsistent. This time I got an uncooked pizza, the... dough isnt even cooked and is grease logged. You can't even pick up a slice without the entire slice just turning to a pile ofmush. I had to cook my pizza for 10+ minutes when we received it and it was still bad. Definitely not worth the price, and I amshocked they would send a pizza out like this. I paid over $25 (before fees) for a small pizza and this is what I received!!! For the price you pay here you might as well go to Round Table. The pepperoni pizza tasted fine but the employees forgot to cut... the pizza. The vegan cheese we ordered looked like play dough and was not appetizing at all. Save your money and go somewhereelse. Will never come back. Read more
Extremely disappointed! The pizza was horrible, the dough was raw the cheese and sauce sliding off the pizza. I called the store... and spoke to an employee that said he will take my information and give it to the manager but he hung up on me before actuallytaking the info and I tried calling back 4 times and the didn?t answer.
