Had a great dine-in experience here! The staffs were very friendly and they explain their menu well. I had their tonkatsu ramen... and it was creamy and delicious. The broth was amazing! I also had their cucumber drink, and it taste refreshing. The price forthe quality of food you?re getting, in my opinion is just right. They also automatically add gratuity to the bill but theyexplain it to you how it works and you can take it off if you wish to. I?d definitely come back when I?m around LA. TIP: Go totheir website and add your name to the waitlist before going! They usually have a long waitlist so I?d suggest to check on itfirst so you don?t have to wait outside the restaurant for a long time to get seated. Read more

This place has the best Ramen I?ve ever tasted! If they gave me a bowl of the Broth on its on I wouldn?t even complain because... it?s THAT good! The restaurant is not huge so there?s limited tables. (Not recommended for a huge party unless they are able toaccommodate you) i went yesterday with my sister and it was so Hot outside but they have Dine in and keep it cool with the AC.The waitress are so attentive and nice , they come around with a complimentary cup of cold water with lemon mint which is nice.Don?t forget the spicy red sauce and garlic ???? First time coming here and definitely not the last. I ordered the shoyu ramen and crispy rice with spicy tuna. The broth was... rich and tasty. I?m not really into pork but they seasoned the meat so well it was savory and just melted in my mouth. Thecrispy rice (fried) with spicy tuna was delicious as well, think of it as sushi without the seaweed. The workers were friendlyand helpful. Overall, a great experience with great food in a great city. Read more

Craft ramen does best here! Cannot go wrong with their popular tonkastu ramen! Comes with slabs of meat, noodles, seasoned egg,... spinach and a piece of seaweed all in a delicious pork broth. Also have to try their mouth watering pork buns! With a savorysweet taste with pickled onions all cozied in a soft bun! Read more

This is the Long Beach outlet of this Japanese ramen chain. They offer as soup bases a heavier pork broth; soy sauce broth and a... vegan broth. All three are pretty good and the noodles are handmade. I had the tonkatsu pork broth ramen which had grilled porkbelly slices and soy seasoned soft boiled egg. Perhaps the pork belly should be more flavorful and the soup less salty. Egg wasquite good. Parking lot in the back is small so car pool if you can. Read more

Ordered the original Tonkotsu Ramen with original thick noodles. Broth was thick and very rich. Portion was very filling and... everything was still a good temperature for takeout. Broth is separated if you order takeout but the placement of everything inthe bowl was very appealing too. Tonkotsu was very tender and easy to chew and savor. Noodles had QQ-ness to it that was nice.Only one frustration was the wait time to receive our small group order for 3. We had enough time to browse the Gamestop nearbycomfortably before warming up in our car for the wait (over half an hour). I can understand it was dinner time and tables werepacked and a wait list for dine-in at the front. There's obviously a bias towards serving dine-in customers first which is fairbut it was upsetting to see our meal was already prepared in the back but it wasn't being packaged out. It seemed like they werefully staffed but maybe that wasn't the case that night. Read more

Busy even on a Sunday evening. Somewhat chaotic waitlist, but once we sat down, service was very good. Menu is sparse but... quality was quite good. Some of our eggs were delivered submerged in the broth. Read more

First time visiting while on the hunt for a great new a ramen place. Definitely wasn't disappointed. Beautiful ramen broth,... blackened pork belly (ordered extra) and the hot spicy sauce on the side is epic! The table next to me were telling their serverthey should sell it by the bottle for home use, totally agree ???? Noodles were my least favorite but were fine. Finally Angelwas a jem serving me, made me feel very comfortable and was extremely attentive. The host was a bit cold, I did enter without amask however so perhaps fair enough? Definitely try this place! Read more
