This is a great place to eat! Their burgers and fries are the best in Long Beach. I live in Bixby Knolls 90807 and drive to... downtown LB location to get my usual double Turkey burger with everything on it. The drive is a little ways but definitelyworth it. The manager's Becky and Alex are so pleasant and always greets people with respect and courtesy. If there's ever anissue with your order (which has only been once) they have politely apologized and corrected the order. I've been a regularcustomer for over 4yrs and stop in about twice a month. The restaurant area inside and out is always maintained and clean. It'shard to find a good place that has great food that is always cooked fresh and tastes great. I have referred many friends andcoworkers to this location and they've all been pleased with the food. Also, I've gone there several times and ordered up to 5burger & fries orders at once for my close friends and I'm satisfied with the service. I appreciate the kindness from Becky andAlex. Read more
It was empty on a Friday evening, but a lot of Take outs from what I notice. I got two different types of fries, and they were... good. There is no table service so you have to go to the front and ask. You pay and then sit down. The place looked very cleanand all the table were being clean while I was there. Read more

Tasty food. Clean shop. Great waitress. Burgers super greasy. This picture is the grease that came off of just one Burger not... including all the grease that went all over my hands. This is been a repetitive complaint in the other sites. The food wasgood. Read more
The put white pieces of lettuce on my burger that should not go on any sandwich. When I told the cook I told him about this and... he tells me that he prepares all burgers like this.
