Very good food and very good service.
Was helped out by Selena who was a nice young lady and very helpful. Its always a good thing for staff to be friendly and nice... to me because it just leaves a great impression. Food wise i was very pleased with my Pomodoro with angel hair (subbed pennebecause i just prefer angel hair) and it was everything i wanted it to be! Light, fresh and filling with flavor! Their clamchowder was also very nice and i am glad i got it. They even threw in some bruschetta which was a nice touch. Overall verypleased with my takeout experience and i will be back again for some more food. If you like pasta/carbs you should come givethem a try. Read more
April 24th I ordered grilled chicken Alfredo. I had a great experience with the two young ladies who assisted me. I frequently... order from K pasta and I always get the carrot cake. April 26th Before I began about my inadequate food order, I want to startabout the way I was greeted. It was a gentleman being worked with when I walked in, the manger gave him a warm thank you forordering with us and have a great day. I wasn?t even greeted properly, the manager just asked are you picking up? As a frequentcustomer I am disgusted by this behavior, I believe it was because of the color of my skin tone. I ordered the same exactthing, chicken Alfredo grilled I was up charged and I never been up charged for grilled chicken. The quality of the food wasterrible. It was extremely cold. The chicken wasn?t grilled. I called to inform them of the mistake they made and the managercalled me to tell me it was grilled, she even stated to me that the owner was the one who prepared my food and he said it wasgrilled. I grill quite often and I cook as well, I know when food isn?t prepared properly. I was told I would receive a phonecall back. I never received a phone call back. They could care less about the way there customers are treated. A few days prior to eating at Kpasta I was doing a bit of research on the edibility of chicken after the date (Best Used By) on... the package. The date determines a point of freshness, not a point of when the food is no longer good to eat. I cooked thechicken and ate it taking a chance that I might get sick. The flavor and smell varies greatly from fresh chicken: I didn't getsick though I vowed to eat my chicken more responsibly (no amount of seasoning covers the taste of chicken that is no longerfresh). It's after the gym, I'm hungry and looking for lunch (preferably a lunch special). I look about the eateries in thearea nearest my next destination. I find a few good spots with decent choices. Yet, Kpasta has Chicken Parmigiana with Linguinifor a decent price (not much beats a market and a home cooked meal of fresh food price wise though). The plate looks decent. Themusic is chill varying from The Monarchs, Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, etc. (a partial reason for the extra star). The Garlic Breadwas good especially with the Linguini on it. I finish the Garlic Bread and eat a lot of the Linguini then decide I need to getinto the chicken. The first bite of the chicken seemed familiar. I sniffed the chicken (too many other smells to really tell--the latter half of the chicken didn't have too much of that bitter, not fresh taste). I thought of hungry people in the world,ate the rest of my meal and vowed to never eat at Kpasta again. Small place but great Italian food at reasonable prices. Servers are very attentive but the place is so small you're hearing... every transaction at the register and the servers talking to each other. Only four small tables inside and two on thesidewalk. Pasta was perfectly cooked and the chicken, mushrooms and sauce was very tasty. Garlic bread was just right, not toocrunchy nor mushy. The small appetizer while waiting for your food is nice touch. Simply put...the food here is amazing and quite delicious. They have a extensive menu so there something for everyone. For the... portion size you'd expect to pay more so a plus. I've only ordered take out both times and it was so good I literally had to getthe same my next time. Those not 1 but 2 pork chops (boneless) are so juicy and flavor packed served with mash and veggies plusgarlic bread. Try not to like it...you can't lol Read more
