I got a Cheese Danish & a Small Mocha Frappe. The Frappe tasted like chemicals. I don't if it was the whipped topping or what.... The Danish wasn't very hot & I had asked for butter which I didn't get without asking again. Read more
They take EBT which is great for the homeless community. They also always serve fresh fries which is a must for McDonalds... especially since so many people go to McDonalds just for the fries. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they don't mindgiving a couple extra sauces for the nuggets or whatever you feel you need a sauce for. Overall this is my favorite McDonald's.As a matter of fact I would rather go to this McDonald's than any McDonald's in Irvine. Irvine McDonald's is the worst. Read more
I hate this location... to slow , untrained workers , took 20 mins for large fries. Too many loitering homeless. Inside and the... back kitchen in plain view is very unkept and dirty. People throw food and coffee at them due to all the slack(I dont condonethat behavior) , nasty attitudes . And one cashier asked for MY PERSONAL PIN NUMBER. ???? like no I will do it myself were notin the drive through. They all need retraining on good customer service and cleanliness. I avoid this location the one onwillow is 100000 times better , cleaner , faster and better customer service ots only a few lights away smh Read more
This is a very busy McDonald's. It is clean and kinda small. I gave it 4 stars because it takes a while to get served. It is... often crowded and ordering seems to be a bottleneck with usually just one cashier. After ordering getting served is pretty fastand the food has always been good and fresh. I would recommend ordering on the app or kiosk at this location. They are one of afew McDonalds that accept EBT. Read more
Pretty busy all the time.They do move pretty fast but they do need to improve customer a few cashier are rude sometime.I live a... couple blocks away by time time I get home food sometimes is cold and fries are to hard I don't think my food should be coldthat fast also improve on packing food sometimes food is all pilled up in one bag and I have to take everything out to make sureI got my order correct.Maybe packing better where items are visible when we open the bag less waiting time and drive thru movesfaster Thank you Read more

It's not going to make a difference but if you're going to say you open at 6am then be open at 6 because people who are trying... to be on time for work rely on your word. And then you have an incompetent cashier that doesn't understand or listen toorders!!! I said I want a sausage egg mcgriddle and he was like a sausage, egg and cheese? And the a lady as for a coffee with 6creamers and said it twice and he still asked her how many? Oscar needs to better or he can go back to mopping floors and wipingtables because his customer service was also poor. How you going to get an attitude with the customer because they had tocorrect you in order to ensure you get their order is right??? Also a helpful hint to avoid unsatisfied customers and badreviews; communication is a useful tool. If your late opening and someone is knocking at the door, simply acknowledging them andletting the guest know you need a moment could eliminate possible guest dissatisfaction.
