Each time that I've come to the store I've always got my order wrong. When you call to make a complaint it's either a young kid... that just apologizes and doesn't offer to make it better like they used to back in the day or they simply shrug it off and say"is there anything else I can do for you" or thank you for letting me know......"! which I believe is not a good customerservice you're supposed to help remedy the issue and offer the customer an opportunity to get a better experience!!! Each timeIve purchased a Filet-O-Fish from them it's always comes back dry with hardly to no sauce and the food is cold, my orders are either partially missing something or are all together completely wrong. Where is management here is management with their headunder the ground that they can't see this??? I understand younger generations have to start somewhere but management has tostep in and really monitor what these young people are doing because a lot of immaturity and a lot of mistakes are beingmade And this being that this is the only McDonald's anywhere in this area this, this McDonald's should is held at a highstandard yet it has the lowest!! Long wait. Order incorrect. Drive thru woman was condescending. Turns out an employee was trying to use their own app code to... gain points. At the window they couldn?t tell me why an app code, different from the one showing on my phone, was alreadyassociated with my order when I hadn?t given them it yet. Highly unethical. Read more
The workers there had the worst attitude. It felt like I was on some sort of hidden tv show. I?m never rude with people that... handle my food. If you like waiting in a parking spot after going through their drive-thru this is the place for you. Got sent to the "wait for... your order" spots and proceeded to watch 5 to 6 other cars that got sent there after me get their food first. Our order wasnothing complicated 2 chicken nugget meals. I go to McDonald's...too much. And this one frustrated me. The food is usually cold and not cooked well. My wife once got two... burgers in a row with undercooked meat. I agree with many of the other reviewers that they just make way too many mistakes atthis one. I go to the one on Bellflower now where the food is "almost" (it's still McDonald's) always hot and fresh. If youcan I suggest you go to that one instead, at least for the drive thru anyways as sometimes there are homeless people hangingaround inside that one. On another note, I can't wait for the robots to take over making the food. I think they're get itright almost every time. Read more
