The staff working on 9/24/22 at 6:10 PM was very rude. I was told misinformation about my delivery order so I went to pick it up... and once I got there I was told (by a man,rudely) that the lady cancelled my order (without my consent). Meanwhile my kids werehappily waiting for their pizza and we never received it. Very unprofessional and rude. Read more
I went to get the television advertised deal on medium sized pizza and was told that the TV ad price didn't apply to that... particular Pizza Hut. Their pizza was over twice the price of the TV advertised price. So I left disappointed. Read more

Rude staff! The woman Yaritza who took my order did not even bother to ask for my real phone number when I placed a pickup... order. She entered a fake phone number from Toronto Canada and I discovered this when I picked up my food. This is unacceptableand I won't be returning to this location as a result. Always very good , and they have a helpful and pleasant staff .. Unfortunately.. the cheese is still some sort of rubber... substance. Every pizza has an " ever widening " boarder area .. where it's just dried out bread crust . And , unfortunately..the sauce is generic tomato sauce and ketchup combination. * I think it's much , much worse than the quality of pizza theyserved years ago .. now , I'm sure to remain competitively priced , the ingredients are the " Bottom of the barrel"..
