The staff working on 9/24/22 at 6:10 PM was very rude. I was told misinformation about my delivery order so I went to pick it up... and once I got there I was told (by a man,rudely) that the lady cancelled my order (without my consent). Meanwhile my kids werehappily waiting for their pizza and we never received it. Very unprofessional and rude. Read more
I went to get the television advertised deal on medium sized pizza and was told that the TV ad price didn't apply to that... particular Pizza Hut. Their pizza was over twice the price of the TV advertised price. So I left disappointed. Read more
Got really bad food poisoning from eating their medium size supreme pizza. I noticed that the dough was a bit raw but didn?t... make it a big deal because I cooked it a bit more. But that was a big mistake. I have been down for 4 days and it washorrible. Never again will I come here or eat Pizza Hut! Read more
Rude staff! The woman Yaritza who took my order did not even bother to ask for my real phone number when I placed a pickup... order. She entered a fake phone number from Toronto Canada and I discovered this when I picked up my food. This is unacceptableand I won't be returning to this location as a result. Always use the customers real information. Read more
Ordered pizza with extra toppings. Didn't get the extras that I paid for. Refused to deliver the correct items ordered.
It?s a good Pizza Hut, I?ve been coming to them for over 10 years. I can?t think of a single bad experience, which is good! The... location is ?OK? it?s not a bad neighborhood, but some of the neighboring businesses allow homeless folks to sleep in thecorners. The pizza was prepared and delivered very quickly. The pizza was quite tasty and the delivery person was friendly effective. ... The pizzas were made correctly and all the sauces I added to the order were delivered. Sometimes restaurants when orderingonline will forget to include all the sauces, which are very important to the entire experience so thank you Pizza Hut for apleasant Saturday pizza delivery experience. Always very good , and they have a helpful and pleasant staff .. Unfortunately.. the cheese is still some sort of rubber... substance. Every pizza has an " ever widening " boarder area .. where it's just dried out bread crust . And , unfortunately..the sauce is generic tomato sauce and ketchup combination. * I think it's much , much worse than the quality of pizza theyserved years ago .. now , I'm sure to remain competitively priced , the ingredients are the " Bottom of the barrel"..
