Great customer service? I called an order pizza late night almost around closing time! When I paid for the pizza I realized I... had paid for someone else?s order. The gentleman at the front was super nice and told me they would funded me back since I paidwith my card. Anthony was super friendly?kept his cool the whole time! Ordered a Spicy Lover's Pizza, but received a basic pepperoni pizza with Jalapeños in the promotional box for what I ordered.... No spicy marinara, no crushed red peppers, no fresh red peppers; just pepperoni with a pepper that shouldn't even be on it. Idon't know why this was an issue this time, as I've ordered the same pizza from this location before with no problems. I hopethis was an isolated quandary, but I'm led to believe that others should be aware of the possibility of just receiving somerandom pizza instead of the one you've asked for, as reflected by the behavior exhibited in this situation. I came in on 2/27/22 requesting a specialty pizza to which was confusing to explain over the phone. I decided to visit the store... and brought along a diagram I had drawn on a piece of paper. The Lovely Manager Shaila took care of Me well as She was polite,professional and caring. I strongly recommend this location and look forward to My next visit. Read more
I hate that this place LOVES to hang up on people whenever they get busy. They don't deserve any stars for being so... unprofessional.
