Really recommend this location, the staff is attentive and polite. One of their staff members Octavio is polite and is... welcoming. All the staff that is there during 12:30 are polite and welcoming, It is there rush hour and they do their best tohave your order ready. If you want your order quicker order online and pick up. I go during my lunch break and the wait is notbad. Keep up the great work. Read more
They are not generous with the chicken when you order a Pollo Bowl they should change the name of that to Rice Bowl because it's... basically what it is this was my meal 3 pieces of small cuts of chicken and fill to the top rice what a rip-off. Read more

Drive thru takes a ridiculous long time. 4 or 5 cars ahead and it took almost 30minutes just to reach the ordering window. Now... there's 6 cars behind me and 2 up ahead. They take a long time to even greet you when you finally do arrive at the orderingwindow. Fast food isn't so fast here. Read more
Service is extremely slow with several employees on break and a homeless person passed out in a booth so I got my order to go.... The restaurant smells bad and could kill appetites Clean up your restaurant so customers want to eat there. Read more
