BEWARE! This Rubios cooks their rice in the same oil as the batter for fried stuff. So even though Rubios insisted the orange... rice is gluten free in this Rubios it isnt. Im lucky i caught it since I am allergic to gluten. Its also dirty and the staff issuper unresponsive. NOT happy with my visit! And i llike Rubios alot. Update- i was misinformed in another Rubios that theyused corn stzrch, and no one mentioned the oil. So if you have Celiacs disease, or are gluten intolrent do not eat any orangerice at rubios. Only the Saphron rice which is not at all Rubios, is gluten free. I still do not like how this resturant handledus. But at least i now know i was misinformed solmewhere else prior. My bad on that! Still going to leave this for visitors toread. If you hae 2 fryers, why not try and keep one gluten free? In fact why not cook the rice gluten free? And why woukdanyone want to eat rice with all that gross oil soaked into it? Yuk on Rubios!! Read more
Loved it, Mahi, Shrimp, Fish tacos. Shrimp and bacon citrus rice burrito. The tacos were fantastic. Burrito was huge and full of... shrimp, couldn't taste any bacon though. The salsas were awesome, vibrant and spicy. No up-charge for the salsa so try them all. Read more

Ordered online, Sunday, August 21. .. went to pick up my food and they were closed because of an emergency... which I... understand. Would have been nice for them to call us bit whatever. I was told I would get a refund. Within 48 hours. As ofnow, Thursday the 25th, no refund after two calls and being put on an eternal hold for a manager who never came to the phone. Ihad 2 orders one for almost 40 and one for almost 10. Too much money to just throw away. Read more

I am giving a one star review, because I am very disappointed in my order. First, I want my money back, but as this store is 30... miles from my house it's not like I can just drive there. I came in Sunday night after visiting the Aquarium and it was veryslow only a few customers before me. I understand it was Easter and most people want to be with there family but this isridiculous. I asked for a Classic Shrimp burrito made with the Impossible meat instead of Shrimp beacuse I am a vegetarian. Iasked and PAID for extra rice and roasted corn. I eat at Rubios often and I know the entire menu. As you can see in the picturewhat is missing? That is not what a burrito with extra rice looks like. There is only one piece of corn. There is no impossiblemeat. Looking at the side of the tortilla I see grilled cheese. That last part tells me this is not a classic Shrimp burrito. Iwas instead given a gourmet shrimp burrito with no impossible meat. The reason I dont order the gourmet burrito is because ithas BACON. I am a vegetarian and I was given the complete wrong order and it had meat which I bit into. I was driving and almostgot sick to my stomach. On my receipt it says CME, but mentions nothing about impossible meat that I asked for. To top it off Ialmost walked out the store without my fiances burrito especial. The cashier handed me the bag of food and I was at the doorwhen I realized the bag was too light and sure enough it was missing a burrito. I waited another few minutes after alreadywaiting 20 minutes for a store that had max 5 customers 3 of which were there before I arrived. What in the world happend howdid the store get this so wrong? As I said I want my money back. My burrito was trashed, but I didn't want to turn back and waitanother 20 minutes so instead I went to a Taco Bell we were passing. They got my order correct...
