My partner made birthday reservations and we had a lovely time. The menu was personalized with my name and added Happy Birthday... confetti to the table. That was a nice touch as I was not expecting that. The food was delicious!! Our server was Richard and hewas attentive and helpful. Thank you! This location just opened in August. So it is fairly new to Long Beach. It can be a bithard to miss since it is inside a building but don't let that discourage you! Totally worth it! Great experience overall, thankyou all! Read more

Love Love love this place! I'm glad they opened up this location in Long Beach. Food was exquisite. Ribeye steak, potatoes au... gratin were amazing but the cremini mushroom shook us to the core - it was so good! We just looked at each other and said "wow".You have to try it. The bread pudding dessert was amazing. It is my favorite dessert and it was made well. Also to mentionwhich made my heart melt, was the special touch of birthday menu and card on the table setting when we first arrived. It wasvery meaningful and memorable. I hope they keep that up. Food was delicious, do yourself a favor and get the sea bass. I organized a large dinner party here for my boyfriend’s... birthday and we had a great time. The location is new at this point so we weren’t too upset at slower service and someconfusion between the hostess and management on our corkage fee. The servers were kind and did their best, the manager was a tadpointed over her staff’s mistake and didn’t offer to wave something for our table or any other courtesy. Overall I’d comeback and am happy to see new establishments in downtown long beach. Read more

Come to Ruth's for a great steak, sides, and service, leave happy. Fine dining atmosphere; full bar & tablecloth dining areas.... And like many true steak restaurants, if you order it rare it will come out a 'true rare' which is probably a little more rarethan you usually prefer. Fantastic food and nice atmosphere for a special night out. It is pricy but should be expected for this type of restaurant.

Everything was delicious. The bread, the artichoke dip (a must try), garlic mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, ceasar salad,... asparagus and of course the filet & shrimp. The lobster bisque is smooth, creamy and very tasty. Ordered Ruth's Special. If youwant a little bit of everything order this. Comes with dessert too. Amazing staffs. Very polite and knowledge. Enjoyed our visit very much. I was skeptical of this place because this place was new... but I would definitely visit again! Ordered spicy shrimp as an appetizer (photo is after I ate 1 shrimp and squeezed the lemon),porterhouse for two, ribeye, lobster mac n cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, a glass of wine(orin swift), and a glass ofcocktail(blackberry sidecar). Steaks were excellent and amazing as I expected from other steakhouse experience. Lobster mac wasnot as heavy as I thought it would be and it actually complemented well with the steaks. Garlic mashed potatoes was thinner thanI expected but tasted okay. Not bad at all but just my personal preference is a thick one so. Overall I give 5 stars for theamazing service and the food!! Great new Long Beach restaurant. Very clean, organized, well staffed and great atmosphere. Not a standard Ruth’s Chris in the... bar section, much more modern and well laid out. The dining room is large and very very nicely laid out. Would certainly beback! Read more
