This place has great food, friendly staff and the atmosphere is amazing! My husband tried a hamburger and he said the portion is... huge. For me tacos and I really enjoyed. First time eating here. But I think I've found a fav vegan place! I ordered two deep fried avocado tacos, and oh my gosh,... sooooo good. Avocados were fried to perfection so they had a nice crunch and were nice and hot....with a creamy sauce. Which atfirst I was skeptical about hot avocado... but yum! Also had the canned cold brew coffee (over ice) which was delicious as well.It had hints of blueberry and chocolate...ugh...so good... The restaurant was clean and had cute set up. Great food and wonderful service! This is my first time to Seabirds' Long Beach Beach and it was great. My wife and I and our... pup sat on the outside dog friendly patio and were immediately greeted by a friendly server. She took our order for drinks absapps and even offered our pup a bowl of water. The food was delicious and came out promptly which was perfect as we were headingto a work event after our meal. We ordered the purple taquitos, beet burger and Caesar salad. Seabirds is a gorgeous vegan restaurant. The staff and food are always incredible and the atmosphere of the restaurant is... beautiful and calming. I would strongly recommend checking this place out if you’ve never been, are visiting the area, or justlooking for something new. I bring lots of non-vegan friends here and they love it. I have yet to try something off of the menuI don’t like and they have lots of shareable food for the table. A great place for meeting up with friends or a specialoccasion. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating with a clean bathroom. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you’ll be fine if youdon’t mind a short walk. Read more

There's just about nothing more thrilling, as a vegetarian than eating a restaurant where you can eat every single thing on the... menu. No questions asked! That's one of the reasons we tried out Seabirds in Long Beach ahead of attending a nearby show onenight. All the staff were super friendly and we were seated quickly on a Saturday night. We're short people and we were seatedat a high-top table and I had nothing to put my feet on so they just sort of dangled there wantingly throughout the meal. Ithink we would have been more comfortable at one of their regular-sized tables but time was limited so we couldn't wait for oneto be available. We had a few different things including the natural cut fries and Purple Taquitos (which were fantastic!) Plus"Burnt Brussels" which had a nice burned flavor to them but in terms of overall brussels texture were definitely overcooked forour tastes. My wife and I both started with bowls of Corn Chowder. This was a tasty and hearty soup on its own terms, but onthe terms of wanting it to be "Corn Chowder" it missed the mark for us. It was completely pureed so we didn't get the kind ofchunky texture with potatoes and corn that one would typically get out of a "chowder." Plus there wasn't that much of a cornflavor to it. It tasted good, again on its own terms, but it wasn't really corn chowder perse. Our fourteen year old who isnotoriously picky and not so adventurous when it comes to food had a kimchi taco. He wanted to sub tofu for the jackfruit butthe kitchen couldn't do it...BUT he ended up loving it as is so much that he ordered another. That's a win for him! We'd comeback and try more as who doesn't love a place where everything can be eaten! Read more
