This great establishment looks to be a dine-in restaurant, Clean inside and out , staff are very attentive , customer friendly... and food was served hot and neatly placed, The owner made sure my food was correct and that I had a great experience coming toher establishment . I give this restaurant four stars alone for customer service and give them a five star if I could on thequality of the food. This restaurant won't be around long because the owner will retire in 3 years make sure you visit., shewill leave a great impression on you. And I will be back I owe her 94 cents.. ???? Read more

I ate some of it because I was hungry. This you get two stars. Collards green we?re scorch, black eyed peas no taste at all.... Turkey wings to much pepper, but edible. Gravy bland. Order with caution. Read more

Been coming here for about a year now and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Catfish is great, yams, mac and cheese, red beans... and rice. Rice and gravy tastes great and I am not usually a fan of rice and gravy. Read more

Soul Food! Where???? This place is HORRIBLE and needs to shut down ASAP!!! From the BURNT CORNBREAD, watery MACARONI AND CHEESE... and overly cooked and small amount of OXTAILS!!! It?s very distasteful how you would add beans and rice as a filler on the platebecause you didn?t want to add a good amount of oxtails!! I?m highly disappointed and would not RECOMMEND!!! Save your money andgo elsewhere!!! You?ve been warned!!! Read more

Forget 5 stars this place deserves 10 stars. The food is sooooo good, literally everything. We ordered the chicken winglet... dinner with dressing and mac and beef ribs in bbq dinner with mac and yams. All the sides were good, and the peach cobbler. I?drecommend calling ahead to place your order because wait times can exceed 30/40 mins because they are always busy. Definitelyworth the wait and price though and it?s BLACK OWNED. Highly recommended!!!! Read more

My boyfriend and I have wanted to try this place for at least a year and we finally got around to it. There was a decent amount... of seating inside and parking is sufficient enough for a Friday night. Service was decent too. I ordered the BBQ Chicken withrice and gravy, yams, baked beans, and potato salad. My boyfriend had the Hungry Man combo (smothered oxtails and smotheredribs) with rice and gravy, mac and cheese, and cornbread stuffing. Everything we ordered was pretty good, particularly thecornbread dressing (probably some of the best I've had). I could do without the rice and gravy and there were a couple itemslike the mac and cheese, beans, and yams that I've had better elsewhere. My boyfriend thought the oxtails and ribs were reallygood. All in all, it was a good place but just a bit pricey in comparison to other Soul Food places I've been to. I would comeback though if I'm craving Soul Food. Read more
