I have been to this location multiple times and have consistently been treated with disrespect by the baristas. The two baristas... i always have negative encounters with are Suzanne and Jackie. Both are older ladies who always have a nasty attitude. I alwaystry to be nice and not make my orders too complex and always tip when i can for the other baristas but i don?t understand whythey are allowed to treat customers so rudely. All the other younger baristas are kind and patient. I encourage management to dosomething about their behavior because it really looks bad on them and I?m sure myself as well as others are not comfortablereturning. Read more

The ginger haired worker was very patient and accurate with my order ???? good worker. My drink tasted good. The location could... be cleaner as you can see there's dripping stains leading to the trash can and the trash can can be emptied out soon. Also theglass by the syrups looks foggy and could use some windex. The internet connection is decent and overall the seats areorganized. It's not too cramped inside. Barista that took my order was extracted rude ! I was confirming my order at the window and making sure I was being charge for... the correct order. She didn?t speak to me and I went ahead and double checked with her my order and she said yes. After beinghanded my drink I noticed it was the wrong drink . I asked nicely and let her know I asked for a cream foam cold brew. She thenprogressed by aggressive throwing the drink and slamming the window. This is the worst customer service I?ve had and this tookpace on July 18, 2021 at 12:10 pushing drinks out. I ordered my drink online they made it wrong. I went inside and got to the counter and it seemed as if no one was interested to... come ask me why I was at the counter. I had to ask a young woman if she could please fix it for me and she not once looked up atme she just said give me the sticker. I held the cup and she took it off. She didn?t ask what?s wrong with it, nothing! It couldhave been a bad day, I get it, but people can see it and it made me feel kind of bad as if I was bothering by coming in to buy adrink. Anyway I got it remade by a gentleman and he was pretty cool. From now on I?m going to stick to the Starbucks where Iusually go to. Pumpkin spice cold brew was delicious. Took them awhile to make it, even though it wasn't that busy.
Girl took my order couldn't get it right. A guy took over on speaker in drive through got it right I asked if they had cheese... danishes today. He said yes and did I want it warmed. I said yes. When I got to the window they handed me my coffee but theydidn't hand me my Danish. Then a guy came to the window and said do 8 need anything else?? I drove a few feet up had to get oitof my car and walk back to wimdowto ask where my Danish was...noting they only rung me up for the coffee. they said they didntcharge me.. I said why not they took my order!!! they really messed up my order and gave me a hard time at the drive-through telling me to go back to my car and move my car And come around to the side etc.. I could not do that because i had to go towork. I asked for refund and they didn't give me a refund on top of everything else. it was a disaster! Read more
