When we visited during a Sat afternoon, there was no line up. Despite no line up, we waited awhile for our drinks. Even worse,... the drink is luke warm. The front door was kept open and invited all kinds of insects inside the store. The outside area wasnot clean and garbage was everywhere. Not my usual Starbuck standard. Read more
I just wanted to take the time to say that I appreciate the employees working this shift on Aug 5th at 9am. I wished I knew the... employee who helped take my order this morning. I had an appointment at 9am and saw that the drive thru was busy so I decided togo inside. I wanted to order my dogs last Puppaccino and the employee was so nice and compassionate. You hardly encounter suchtrue kindness from strangers. I too was a barista long ago so having to talk to your customers with simple ?small talk? notknowing what type of day you?re having is a tough read. I was totally okay until I had to order my puppaccino and she genuinelymade me feel heard and comfortable just with her simple kindness and great customer service. My drink came out perfect and it?sthe little things that make it all better. So thank you for making one of the toughest morning just a tad bit more bearable. Read more
Like the vibe of this place, employees are friendly, studying here is not a problem. They charge you $0.50 for refills, even... though it is supposed to be free. Toilets are clean, there are chargers in the wall and under the long table. Sometimes ppl canbe loud during the afternoon, but usually it is quiet. Read more

I live in Burbank and I can sure tell you the worst customer service. They have 7 total employees and they see me standing there... not one offer to help at a timely manner. To make it worst they don't greed no one it's like their miserable to be there. Neveragain will I bring my business there if Im in the area. Read more
