Yo !! I walk in on Thanksgiving day , can someone please explained to me how Starbucks a coffee shop runs out of fresh brewed... coffee ????? They are not that good at making drinks. They don't like to specialize orders. If you do ask for something different than the... way the recipe calls for if they do it wrong they are not happy to fix it, Unlike every other Starbucks in the world. I don'treally have a specialized anything but my kid does and we all know how picky kids are, just wants extra creamer in the drink. Atthis location it looks as if they only put creamer in the drink then Ill go ask them to add some more coffee and syrup and theylook at me like I'm asking them to remake the drink or something. It's not complicated. They always seem irritated, they alwaysseem like you are inconveniencing them by walking into their Starbucks. I try to avoid this Starbucks if there are otheroptions to go to. And as much as I appreciate the manager "reaching out" to the people that review that location, if they readmy review why do I need to go leave another one somewhere else? Shouldn't management notice that almost every review isrelatively bad concerning that store, but this is what I'm talking about with that store. Lazy. And let's not mention theblanket response that the manager leaves for everyone that reviews that store. Where is the owner of that store. Maybe theywould like to know how much money they are losing because of their management. It starts with the leadership. I'm not leavingthe review for them I'm leaving it for you guys. I don't care if my kid likes the drink. I would prefer that my kid not like thedrink. Starbucks everyday gets expensive and that kid wants Starbucks everyday. At least if they see a customer coming ineveryday you would think they would know how to make that person's drink but since it's a teenager they could care less.Teenagers can't afford to tip so why remember how to make their drink. Drive through is reasonable. Ordered the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew twice from this location and both times it did not compare to... other locations in Long Beach. Not enough foamy sweet cream at the top. Read more
Worse starbucks In the area. They never put whip cream. Always have watery drinks. When you order extra caramel they don't add... it on. And they always say there's a shortage when in reality it's just the store being cheap because it's family owned. Ithought It was just a one time thing. Excellent drinks! I love my pink drink! And tasty snacks!! My only complain would be they were forgetting one of my drinks we... had to ask for it before leaving the drive tru. This is the reason why I gave them a 3 star. Read more
