Still no roast beef at this location. The seemingly mildly disgruntled employee did not make it easy to get the sandwich the way... I requested. No welcome greeting and I couldn't say she said a word to me until checking out. Good thing I know how to order.Certainly not friendly. The store was not well stocked with chip choices today either. Bottom line is there are PLENTY ofSubways to visit in Long Beach. No need for this to be the one you choose. Read more

I use to frequent this place and all the employees are great except for this one time last week I went to get a soup for my son... & I noticed the gentlemen serving my soup put some of the water they keep on the bottom of the tray that keeps the soup hot ( heliterally lifted the container and under there there?s hot disgusting water )in my soup that was for my toddler! I didn?t speakout right away ( I have an anxiety disorder and there was a few people waiting in line, and plus I just don?t like being rudeand I don?t think I could?ve said anything in a nice tone ) so I just left but I couldn?t shake the bad feeling that It was abad action that he did. Days later I went to a different subway when I asked other subway employee if it?s something theynormally do he said no, even said it was against health regulations. I went to the original subway again and spoke to anotheremployee and manager, All they said was they?ll look into it but I?m never going back to this subway ever again. Also he doesn?tcover his nose with the mask and has a very pessimistic attitude despite me being friendly. This has really taking a toll on me.Like it really affected me and my mental. I was blessed. I use their coupon for buy one get one for $0. 99 and bought extra meat which was pastrami and I will be able to... eat for the next 4 days praise God. The people there working are very good employees by the way they deserve a raise God bless. Read more

Just walked in young lady make TWO of my sandwiches when I go to pay their computer system is down? Why wouldn't she tell me... this before making my food? Cashier tells me she can call over to another store and I can give them my DEBIT CARD INFO OVER THEPHONE AND CHARGE MY CARD?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? obviously I'm not comfortable with that. So I'm just standing and dumb and dumbercan't figure out what to do. So I just leave? Horrible customer service. Should have just given my the sandwiches since YOUinconvenienced ME.
