This morning I went to get breakfast the o ly employee didn't great me ask me anything for the 10min he took to make a phone... order sandwiches then I asked for a wheat and he gave me white bread. Some of the new ppl hired are not very friendly. They give attitude when putting veggies and are very stingy. Used to love this... location. The location on 7th Street and orange is way better. Friendly staff there don't come here Read more

The place is clean but the customer service is horrible. I bought a kids meal disappointed with the minimum amount of sandwich. ... The cookie was bigger than the sandwich or at least the same size. I am paying for the sandwich! I bought kids meal in anotherplaces, and I never received this. I didn't receive my receipt, I post on Facebook and this company doesn't care of theircustomers. I ordered a steak melt sandwich from this location, and when I got it, it was not wrapped in the subway paper but in a paper... brown bag. How do I know who did and who didn't touch my sandwich? When I called the location they said that's the way thesandwiches are made which I find totally asinine and ridiculous. I would stay away from this location. I just had to go get asandwich from Togo's which was a lot better than Subway. Read more

First visit to this subway location and the establishment was clean, but customer service was lacking and not up to standard... compared to other Subway locations. Myself and a couple walked into the restaurant separately and we weren't greeted.Therefore, I overlooked that and assumed, due to face coverings, the young man was limiting his verbal communication due toCovid19. However, once he stepped to the counter, I had to initiate my order (tuna salad). Upon completion of my order, I wasvery disappointed with the salad presentation and minimum amount of veggies. There unattended, lack communication with customers and really rude and dirty, not even a hello , or how can I help you. Almost... seem like they hate there job.
