I wouldn?t eat there, they can?t even put the right ingredients on and food presentation is horrible.
Subway is the best place for a sandwich. I live close to it and it?s super quick to make, you choose your toppings, plus you get... to see them making the food. But I?m giving it a 4 star because I wish they had even more chip options, they already do have alot of chips o just wish that they had more. But besides that I love subway. Read more

So I don't usually write reviews unless it was really really amazing or really really bad service. This one really got under my... skin... So I placed a online order yesterday (1/25/22) for CURBSIDE Pickup for 5:20PM at the Subway location at 656 Redondo inLong Beach. Thinking it would be faster, I pulled up and notified them that I was parked in the curbside pickup spot, then sevenminutes go by and still no one shows up. I go inside thinking it's getting prepared and they can't find my order. I show them myorder and confirm it's the correct restaurant address. A young girl starts to make my sandwich and then hands it off to CRISTINAto make. That was weird... but okay. While explaining what I wanted to Cristina, the other girl who ditched me yells out "NO,she wanted the BMT". And I said "No I don't" Even though it clearly says that I ordered a Spicy Italian. This young girl (who Ithink was the manger or supervisor) started arguing with me about what sandwich I WANT. Like really?? This girl was somethingelse, doesn't know how to be professional and was super rude. I'm glad she didn't make my sandwich with all that negativity.CRISTINA calmed down the situation and made me a great tasty sandwich. I had a better experience with her customer service andsmiley face. They should definitely make a change and promote Cristina to manager. That other girl still has A LOT to learn ifshe's going to stay in the restaurant/customer service industry. Read more
Sorry sandwich was so good didn't take pick. Now I visit many subways in long beach. And I have to say this one at this... particular location has really good employees. They're always very sweet and nice. I've been to the others that have really badcustomer service. I go to this main one just because they're service is awesome. Read more
Worst subway I?ve ever eaten . bread was cut wrong, way too sloppy and the bread tasted old don?t come to this location
Sandwich was fresh (ofcourse), service was blah....woman making sandwich was not knowledgeable in regards to what the 'BLT'... meant for the Italian sub. I asked her and she just kept saying salami, pepperoni etc...I had to look it up...no big deal, justsaying. Read more
