SuperMex just isn't as good as I remember. My wet carne asada burrito was sort of dry to me. The sauce was lacking and the... ingredients inside of the burrito were dry too. Ate only half. The problem with reviews is that half the time you're getting reviews of people complaining and the other half overly... excited. That's this place. Comfort food, great customer service,amazing atmosphere and the right amount of hitting the spot. Ienjoyed the meal and went along my merry way? It's a consistent go to and has been, it doesn't disapoint. The food is fresh.They not only were accommodating for my party of 6, but delicious chips and salsa was provided! I recommend getting the chickenand beef tacos as well as a wet burrito. I can't wait to come back and bring new people with me next time! Read more

Picked up dinner tonight from super Mex and employee named Ophelia was incredibly rude. Did not welcome us, make eye contact,... smile, or even say thank you for your business. I strongly encourage you to reevaluate your decision on hiring this individual.Will not be coming back if Ophelia is still working here. Read more
I love the food and we are regular customers. I ordered a quesadilla for my son, with the rest of the order. They said it would... be 20 min. I called 5 minutes later asking that the sour cream and other stuff be put on the side. The woman said she would seewhat she could do that our order was ready. I went to pick up and asked about the quesadilla. They did not make another withoutthe stuff - and I said that my son would not eat it. I thanked them and left as I spend 40-50 dollars there all the time andthey could have remade the quesadilla. I did not find the customer service to be acceptable. Read more
The food is excellent as always. The staff has always been nice and welcoming. The last few times, I have encountered a person... named Amber. Amber, doesn't say hi, she acts as though taking your order is inconvenient, and when she makes an error in yourorder doesn't even apologize. This is not the type of service I use to receive there.
