If you're getting Sushi anywhere in Long Beach, I haven't had a spot better than Sushi Ai. The staff has always been friendly,... and the fish quality is as fresh as it can get. I especially love the Scottish Salmon, and that Stinky Roll is worth every bitof bad breath it gives you. The Spicy Shishito peppers are awesome, slightly scorched and packing all that garlic umami. One of our favorite spots on 2nd Street! We ordered the rainbow roll ????, a yellowtail hand roll, and the chicken udon ???? The... fish is so fresh and delicious, and the udon was great as well! Cute sushi restaurant with amazing selections. There was so much, I didn't know what to try. The presentation of the sushi was... beautiful and the server was very friendly and easy to converse with.
