Typical TGI Fridays bar food. We hadn't been in a long time and wanted to try it. It's not the same fun place to eat and drink.... We won't be back. Expanded menu now serves a whiskey sauce on lots of items. Everything is premade so that all the locationshave the same food. Disappointed with food and drinks, server was great. Kitchen prepares lots of entrees ahead of time so theyare dried out and smothered in different sauces. My chicken was hard, overseasoned and tough. Nothing like the pics on menus.Servings are very small now. Bar service and food service is extremely slow. Bar was out of olives so they couldn't make ourdrinks. Took 20 minutes for bar to tell our server. Drinks are expensive and prepared with very little alcohol and mostlypremade mixers. This is the place to go to spend a lot of money for small servings, watch loud big screens, drink premade drinksand eat premade bar food. Read more

Horrible service. Waited 25 minutes for someone to get our drinks. 45 minutes to get our food and our salads were served with... our meal. It was not busy only 2 other tables, and service still lacking. Food was not very good. They no longer have meal dealslike they did before. The service here used to be great. I initially ordered online, gave a $5 tip. Arrived to restaurant paid $70 for two meals left another $5 tip, before leaving I... checked my order and one of my meals was missing. The young lady went to the back to retrieve the rest of my order. By the timemy bf and I arrived home we proceeded to eat and the steak was still pink on the inside when I specifically stated ?WELL DONE?and Oh goodness the broccoli that I ordered I was only able to eat two pieces off because the rest was brown and gray!!!Totally inhumane to serve customers Grey and brown broccoli. The only reason that I did not return the orders and get my moneyback it?s because I live in Los Angeles and I usually frequent the Ladera Heights location so this was absolutely too far todrive all the way back. But I will be contacting corporate because my whole experience was unacceptable. I?ll stick to theLadera Heights location from here on out! Read more

Menu has gotten better since the last time I visited about 3 years ago. Drink menu looks good too. I like sitting in the bar... area to watch the games. Not too crowded at 3pm. There were plenty of open tabes to choose from. Read more

My rating went up only one star because it was horrible in 2016-17 where I've seen waitresses come out crying because of how the... manager treated them and they were severely understaffed which caused longer hours for their employees. Which made wait timesextremely longer and the employees irritable to impatient customers. My revisit in 2022 was better but I didn't stay as longbecause I wasn't to much of a fan but my guest wanted a burger so we went here. Our server was great and the food remained thesame except I missed the appetizer deals they had back then. It has improved and the wait times were better but past events hadleft a bad impression for me. Read more

Potatoe skins were so reheated and burnt that they had no white potato. The shrimps were heated so long they were chewy The... onion rings had no breading. The chicken on the parm alfredo was overcooked. The NY steak was dry and not hot. 1st and onlytime eating at TGIF. I will be going to 1 of the other 2 steakhouses located next door! Manager Brittany didn't showcompassion and wasn't able to recover the customer. she said she was unable to give a full refund or even a partial refund. Read more
