What a find!!!! Looking for breakfast one morning while dropping off a student back at CSULB we found The Attic!!!! Omg!!!! A... fresh kitchen in a quaint transformed home in downtown Long Beach!!!! I live in San Diego, but I would drive the 100 miles toeat there again!!! It is truly delicious and worth every dime!!!! When food is made fresh there is nothing like it!!!!! The vibeis so chill and every item ordered by my party of 4 was a home run!!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable since itwas my first time and I wanted savory and something sweet my server was so helpful!!! Go to the Attic you will thank me forit!!!! You will thank them because they make your taste buds sing!!!!!!!! Read more

Overall very good, but I was expecting more from a Michelin Guide restaraunt. The main course and desserts were excellent, but... the appetizers and sides were not quite there. The Mac and Cheese needed sharp cheddar. The flavor of the ribs was muddled. Thelobster roll needed less mayonnaise and more lobster. The lobster flavor was secondary, barely detectable. Tables were verydirty. Read more

First time here and it was alright. The servers were nice and friendly, I have no complaints about the staff. The macaroni with... hot Cheetos and fried chicken was really good, the gumbo was okay, the drinks were alright, the prices are high (one piece offried chicken $8). I had high hopes for the corn bread because of the picture on their website? it did not look, taste, or feellike corn bread. It was burnt and tasted like a dry coffee cake without the soft crumbs on top. Overall it was mediocre food fora high price, something much cheaper and tastier exists. Could I come here again? Possibly. Would I really want to? Not really. Read more

A fantastic neighborhood restaurant. Excellent food and adult beverages. The cornbread could be dessert! So delicious! I love... hopping up to the patio bar for a casual meal and friendly conversation with the bartender and other neighbors. Read more

Great food and service! My kids loved the mac and cheetos and I'm a fan of their porterhouse. Cocktails are great too! There's... NOTHING that is bad there. You may need to park in the street as Long Beach is just tight but all worth it! Read more

Service was great, although food was just ?ok?. A little bit overpriced in my opinion. Creative menu, although I feel there?s a... reliance on hype over tangible value or quality. If you?re looking to instagram some hot Cheetos Mac n cheese then this is theplace for you. If you want a good dinning experience, I?d go elsewhere. Read more

Great place for brunch. Definitely busy and popular. They don't take reservations so the wait time was almost 40 minutes. Worth... the wait. Food is always amazing and the tasty drinks! Read more

Great outdoor dining. Food was very good. I wish veggie sandwich was bigger but otherwise portions were great. Good for groups.... Many families with children. Service was very friendly but slow at times, probably bc there were so many people. We were toldwait would be an hour but we got lucky and were seated within twenty min. Typical so cal brunch prices. We spent about$35/person after taxes and tip. I read they don't take reservations on weekends. Read more
