I love flame broiler but the staff here leaves much to be desired. Dropping this down a start... it's like they try to make you... think they are closed... it's 2 hrs before they close and they don't have the sign on... this is a regular thing. Read more

I've eaten at Flame Broilers in the past and they are usually pretty good. This is my first time at this store and was very... disappointed as soon as I walked in. The store is very dirty and the employees are unenthusiastic in their jobs. The tableshad not been wiped clean, and the trash was full. The condiments needed refilling. Read more
I really want to love Flame Broiler, but every time I order a tofu and veggie bowl, I end up with a piece of chicken or... steak. This has happened 3 times now - the last two of which I called back to complain. I understand that offering tofu is a newventure for FB - but they need to quickly learn that a lot of people that order it are getting it because of ethical reasons,and not just because they like tofu. Regular customer who visited once or twice a week. The food is good. Unfortunately, I found what was unmistakably a pubic hair... in a chicken teriyaki bowl. I had not done anything the warrant such an action other than calling in the order in advance tohelp speed up the pick up. I can only imagine what else they do to the food. Read more
