There's nothing that makes this location stand out from other frozen yogurt spots. They have about 16 or so different flavors.... One major plus is that I can't remember a time when a machine was down. One negative would be that being on 2nd St., parkingcan sometimes be difficult to find. This location has plenty of tables and seating inside (about 5 tables) and a couple oftables outside. I've only had good customer service here, which says something, since this is my go-to Frozen Yogurt joint totake my kids. Read more
Ive experienced 2 excellent & OUTSTANDING customer service experiences at the Belmont Shore YogurtLand! Sunday September 18th -... One of the employees (his last name is possibly Lloyd??) Incredibly nice and helpful, & most importantly called me to ensure Iwould receive the right order and then calling after as well to make sure my order was correct! This meant so much to me! Walked in tonight after dinner at Saint and second and was completely overcome with the smell of bleach. Even with my mask on,... the smell was incredibly overpowering. Sad to report that the smell was so intense that it actually affected the toppings! Theoreo bits I put on top taste like bleach. Such a bummer. Read more
Why are we still forced to have the employees serve us at this location? It has been known for months that COVID is airborne and... not transmitted on surfaces. The best part of Yogurtland is trying flavors and mixing and matching my own yogurt concoction.That's gone due to not keeping up with current science. Read more

The person with the fade working here (manager?) is always curt and rude. Hours say they close at 10:00 PM on Tuesdays but the... doors were locked at 9:30 PM with this person rudely saying they?re closed. Update your hours or staff Read more
