Bread and Salad were average at best. Was really expecting some nice Italian bread but not what we got and the house salad and... dressing tasted storebought. The seafood entree dish however was excellent with very fresh seafood and some of the bestscallops I’ve ever had. Very good desserts as well but the espresso was watery and not good. It’s also BYOB which helps thepocketbook but beware the parking situation which is less than ideal. Service very good. Rating based on the seafood freshness. Read more

I can't say enough about our meal st Stefano's. From start to finish it was a very enjoyable experience. Our server, John, was... extremely helpful, friendly and smiled the entire time. Beyond that the food was excellent. The New England Clam chowder wastoo due for (we got some togo as well)! My wife had Flounder Francese and i had a giant bowl of seafood and pasta. Our visit to Stefano's tonight was simply impeccable service with a flawless culinary experience! Server Mollie, and attendant... Scott presented a top notch adventure in flavor! The Sicilian Tuna ordered by my brother was done to perfection. The LobsterDiavolo was simply amazing. Perfect slightly spicy arribiatta sauce with an abundance of fresh lobster tail meat. We willdefinitely be back when we return to LBI. This was most assuredly the best meal we have enjoyed on our visit! Read more
Very nice atmosphere and service. I ordered the NY strip steak and my wife ordered the meatballs. The steak was tough and not... cooked evenly through, burned well done on one side, med well on the other. The meatballs were not too quality. I think you needto upgrade the purveyor or quality of your meat selection. Thankfully the server did her best to make it right. Not worth theprice and not a great meal. Read more
Absolutely amazing. The eggplant napoleon was crispy, delicious, and smothered in gorgonzola cream sauce. The Surf and Turf is... exactly what I want from that dish (I personally appreciated the crab cake, only small suggestion I'd have is a bit more sauce,but I'm really stretching to find any criticism here), then just when you thought the meal had hit its apex, they come at youwith the cheesecake stuffed almond cone dessert (with a double espresso of course). Stefano’s offers great service and ambiance at an Italian restaurant that’s all about its seafood. Most dishes have fish,... whether it be their delicious scallops, flounder, shrimp or crabmeat. I think the best dish is the Broiled Fisherman’s Combobecause it offers all of the shellfish, seasoned with Old Bay and served with fries. Amazing! Don’t forget about desserts -their coconut cake is to die for! FYI, it’s BYOB. Read more
Our bread came out stale and cold but once we told our server she remedied it quickly. The garlic butter was delicious. I... ordered the seafood a la vodka. It was a lighter vodka sauce and lacked flavor but overall good because of the perfectly cookedseafood. My companion stated their sea bass was delicious and tender.
