People trying very hard to pay their rent. The franchise model makes them weigh each scoop and be really cheap about the ice... cream quantity they give you. So you pay $9 for two tablespoons of quite good ice cream. Want a shake? Nine bucks for onetablespoon of ice cream in a cup of milk. Not for me. I want more for my money. I feel sorry for these poor "owners" whoinvested their money buying a paycheck. But then they also take the tip money from the kids who work there. The franchisershould be ashamed what they do to people. Don't mind overpaying to support a local merchant? Go for it. You'll like thequality and service. Read more

This baskin robins location and a specific employee named Pamela was extremely rude to my boyfriend when he came to pick up a... cake for my daughters 5th birthday party, when he?d picked up the cake it had a silver substance in it as did they all we wewere uncomfortable buying because it was being taken to her preschool when we asked for a refund this employee was rude andDISGUSTINGLY unprofessional she told him to never come back to buy a cake again. I heard the whole encounter over the phone whenI called the store to speak to a manager she told me they get plenty of complaints and she doesn?t care she told me to go onlinefind the corporate number and file a complaint then hung the phone up on me. As I?d like to go up to this specific baskingRobbins and give this woman a lesson on proper customer service I will proceed to refrain from that. However my daughtersbirthday party at school ended with NO cake and a very teary eyed 5 year old on her birthday I will never return to this storeand I strongly hope this employee fired. Read more
Always one of the best ice creams out there with such wonderful combos! And they let you taste before buying! Yum! But I ordered... a quart to bring home and they weighed it instead of filling the quart! A quart is a volume measurement not a weightmeasurement. So basically they are charging you for a quart but actually giving you less than a quart. Not very honest to theircustomers! Read more
This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to say the least!! The portions are very good for the price. I have lived in Long Beach my... entire life and have come to this location!
