This location in LB has really gone downhill. Inefficient, dirty, understaffed, usually only one person behind the counter as... the lines get longer, and most importantly, rude staff and management. Have been given stale and lukewarm food there on twodifferent occasions in the last few months. This particular location needs to be shut down and overhauled. Read more
So I walk in to this for the first time . Young lady at register in the morning is very rude and needs a customer service... course. Overall store is clean . Had to ask for napkins 4 times then girl give me a funny look like she wipes her mouth on hershirt or something. Smh . Read more
got my order wrong and went back and didn?t want to give me my fries. tastes old anyways. go to another burger king.
Some of food I got was was good. But I think the pickles were expired.
