This location in LB has really gone downhill. Inefficient, dirty, understaffed, usually only one person behind the counter as... the lines get longer, and most importantly, rude staff and management. So I walk in to this for the first time . Young lady at register in the morning is very rude and needs a customer service... course. Overall store is clean . Had to ask for napkins 4 times then girl give me a funny look like she wipes her mouth on hershirt or something. Smh . Read more

Some of food I got was was good. But I think the pickles were expired.
Exceptionally Rude Manager dude with makeup and attitude no Charisma or care the establishment. Legit this place has fallen in... ratings from years ago. I couldn?t recommend people to eat here. The burgers are greasy and put on lopsided. I mean Theestablishment is modern and up to date. Wendy?s and McDonald?s are a better choice when it comes to management respecting andbeing kind to its customers. Don?t eat at this place legit avoid speaking to the manager dude. Read more
The impossible whopper here was sooo good. Definitely add cheese if you?re not lactose.

It was pretty clean. Don't know why the bathroom was restricted but it was pretty good.
