We were visiting from Maryland for Our Daughter's graduation from the US Merchant Marine Academy. We rented a house just a few... streets up from Speakeasy. We hit a few other places around while we were here and the food was ok. The food at Speakeasy wasawesome! We had the pretzilla, a huge soft pretzel with cheese sauce and a mustard mayo sauce. Soo good. The firecracker shrimpwas delish! We also had the chicken flautas. Wow! So good! My wife and I shared a burger. It was cooked perfectly, servedwith a toasted bun. Our kids and Grandma got chicken tortilla soup and Thai tuna lettuce wraps! The tuna was perfect! All inall, a great experience! Read more

Pretty good bar and grill. Went around 9pm on a Monday and they were out of our original choices. Drafts were $8 which was a... bit shocking. This was only the Long Beach place we ordered beer so that’s probably the going rate, it just seemed high. Theburger and chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh as were the fries. Not a fan of their shoestring sweet potato fries, thefilling to crunch ratio is off, but that’s a personal preference. Waitress was super nice even though could tell she was readyto end her shift. Everything was soooo good we ordered one of each appetizers and enjoyed them all. Don't miss put order the pretzel! My wife and I were on LI visiting with friends. They have a condo not too far away and were talking about this place. The vibe... is very wooden and cool. There are televisions everywhere so you can watch various games. A cool assortment of Mac and cheeseson the menu and awesome mixed drinks. I ordered a BBQ panini and it was amazing. Speakeasy catered our daughter's party at The Ocean Club in Atlantic Beach New York to celebrate her upcoming marriage. I cannot... say enough for how they enhanced our entire experience helping to create a magical night for our daughter and fiancé and ourwhole extended family. Yes the food was delicious. Yes the drinks were excellent. Yes the service was efficient andprofessional. But what was so evident was the love and care that they put into making sure everything ran smoothly.
