I was a customer for many many years. Would go to many different locations but especially the LB one as I live and work here. A... few months ago after eating a buffalo chicken sandwich, with a few hours, I go very sick. Definitely food poisoning! Sick allnight long. Stay away from this Subway in my opinion. My dad God Rest his soul loved Subway. So Decided while I was waiting for my wife to... come out of train station I may as well get a sandwich in memory of Dad. SMH. Walk in and the male team member was moppingfloor and he does not even look up! Place closes in more than an hour from when I walked in. I figured let me wash my handsbefore I eat sandwich. I immediately noticed that there is a sign on rest room door that read closed out of order. As I lookedup at sign to decide what I wanted to order to the female team member seemed visibly upset that I did not order yet. She had acell phone not to far away. I then said I will have a half sub with the steak meat. I added nothing else on it. I went in thecar opened my sandwich and could not understand HOW they would charge for this sandwich. The manager was very rude and treated me unprofessionally. The food looked old and sitting too long. It was not at all fresh... food. I do not recommend it and they do not participate in $5.00 foot longs advertised on the radio. Read more
The staff is always careful and prepares exactly what I want. The salad/toppings bar always looks fresh. The tables are clean... and the service is quick during lunch rush hours. There are 2 women during opening hours who always remember my order and are sofriendly that it makes my day, thank you!! Read more
Terrible subway i go all around the United States for work and this one has to be the one of the subways thats employed with the... rudest people. The restrooms dont work so how does someone wash their hands prior to eating? Disgusting. Read more
Good subway fast food restaurant. If you are in a hurry, not a bad place to get a hero. Pick your own toppings, dressings,... condiments, and more. If you have a coupon, or order the "special hero of the month", then the prices are very reasonable. Ifyou do not, then it is expensive for a hero. Staff was friendly. Read more
