Average food, most dishes taste the same. They could work on their flavor profiles and brighten up many of the dishes. ITS WAY... TOO EXPENSIVE. I ordered a dinner D and 2 egg rolls for pickup and they charged me just short of $27. Read more

In the land of the blind the one eyed man is king... This place is totally sufficient but in the lack of options it's GREAT! The... crispy sesame chicken is their best item and very delicious! Orange and lemon chicken are quite citrus-y but still really yummyand the fried rice is 10/10. The staff is really nice and helpful as well, Read more

After hanging out in the sun at the beach (watching the kite festival), we wanted a substantial meal. When we were sat at our... table, I could smell the aromas coming out of the kitchen - so yummy! The menu has so many options that it was hard to decide. But the waitress was really helpful and knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was fresh, had great flavors, had varieties intextures, and just looked tasty. We were VERY satisfied! Totally recommend and am disappointed we live hours away - otherwise, this would be our go-to Chinese restaurant. Read more

We were looking to get clam Chowder from The Cove, but because they were closed for a private event, we decided on Chen?s and... what a delight that turned out to be! We were seated fairly quickly. Ordered our food and we were very pleased with thequality ad taste of our meals. If you?re in Long Beach, you should stop in for some delicious Chinese food from Chen?s. Youwill not be disappointed. Great decor. Service however was not good. Had to ask for tea. The pork fried rice was inedible. Waitress never asked how our... food was. Only came to the table to get our order, bring us our food, and bring us our check. Completely unexceptable if youwant a good top or a good review. Read more

We ordered 2 dish. 3 items combination pork fried rice , sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken AND daily special chicken... teriyaki steam rice and steam vegetables. Both cost almost $29. Its kind of pricey for the portion and quality. 1st theteriyaki chicken its taste blend. And they used the slices chicken that they use for all their chicken dishes on thier menu. Some of the chicken its not even cook thru. We found some chicken with some white sauce ( maybe they marinated chicken with someseasoning and flour and water). The taste of teriyaki chciken its no taste. Its not salty abit sweet and not teriyaki sauce atall. The steam vege and rice its fine. The 2nd dish 3 items. Pork fried rice bo taste. Sweet sour chcken the fried chicken withdough (its crispy) and teh sause its nit sweet and sour. No sour not even sweet just some wierd taste like from packing sauce.Sesame chicken basically just the chicken with no sweet and sour sauce. Hmm what its call sesame chicken?? The cashier was veryfriendly. Overall, not coming back again. The food its not taste very good at all. The one thing thats good steam rice, steamvegetables and the crispy chicken with no sauce. First time ever seen restaurant serve teriyaki chicken like this. Its kind ofnasty! See the pictures.. Read more
