It is McDonald's. The burgers are OK (however, the spicy chicken sandwich is great). The fries are good when they are hot, but... when the fries cool down they are barely edible. The staff members in Long Beach are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Read more
This is one of the better McDonald's locations. Not a huge fan of the business itself but it's managed well and has a more... reasonable staff than others I've experienced. Only a small handful of times have they messed up my order. Read more

Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich w/cheese no mayo. Got a dry spicy chicken sandwich. No lettuce, pickle... Nada. Just a dry... bum with half melted cheese cementing it to a not at all spicy breaded chicken patty. Seriously. It cost $20 for my husband andI to get three not even approaching mediocre sandwiches. The experience was not good. The staff were short and kind of rude. The burgers were not cooked well. The inside was cold and it... literally had blood. I don't mind a medium rare Burger but, not one from McDonald's. Only went there because it was late. Iprobably won't be going back anytime soon. Read more
