Horrible customer service? we asked for our subs and he, the nasty Hispanic male, was mad that we ordered 3 of them because it... was too much work. We said we wanted a giant sub and he started making a regular one and then we told him, no, we want a giantone please then he proceeded to throw it all out and he started, purposefully, putting barely any ingredients in the last subbecause he?s angry and when we point it out he left and made his coworker make the last sub. Too busy for a daily customer. I went into the store at 1020am as usual and nasty male Hispanic told me they were too busy and... that the open light was off. I asked him but your sign says your open at 10am. I guess this is why he is making the sandwiches.This steady customer will not be back anytime soon. Although I love the sandwiches I feel compelled to post about my last two experiences with Jersey Mike?s. First time, I ordered... a large extended family order and after arriving home I found that the bread was hard and not fresh. Also, one sandwich did nothave bacon as paid for. Second time, smaller order and again the bacon was missing. The most annoying thing is that on bothoccasions I completed an online complaint through my app and was NEVER contacted by the company. I placed an online order on 6/15 through the Jersey Mike's app around 8:15 PM. I ordered #13 on rosemary parmesan bread & a... grilled portobello mushroom & swiss.... I've ordered late at night before and if something wasn't available the store wouldcontact me with alternatives, which i understand being that im placing an order 20 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, thatwasn't the case.. When we received our food the Giant #13 had regular white bread & was missing condiments & the grilledmushroom & swiss was barely grilled, if you could call it that. I've tried contacting the store numerous times (outside of busyhours like lunch/dinner) to preferably receive a refund or have them remake our food. I've had no luck so lmao, here's a review.I typically don't care about these things. But dealing with an elderly, picky mother this experience surely added to thefrustrations of this particular visit. Read more

Sub sandwich tasted good but the costumer service was horrible. When I asked questions about pricing or sizes of sandwiches... cashier and manager were extremely rude in their response to my questions. I felt like I was being verbally attacked by two Ofthe three men that were working there. It was my first time there and although sub sandwich was good I would never return. Myhusband and I own a business and what keeps our costumers coming back has a lot to do with how we interact with them and howgood we make them feel. Read more
