Had a lovely business lunch experience here. It was easy to make a reservation and they have seating both inside and outside... available. The food is good and comes out fast. McLoone’s is a great place to enjoy a good dinner outside with the view of the beach when at Pier Village in Long Branch, NJ. ... The service was good and our waitress was very friendly. We ordered the Jersey flat bread as an appetizer and it was reallygood. For our dinner we ordered the crab cakes, a burger, penne vodka and a salmon salad. Nice place in a very busy area of Pierre Village. Surprisingly, the service is fast and the food is fresh. The presentation is... very nice as well. Worth a visit, especially if you can sit close to the window and enjoy the ocean view. Read more
Service is horrendous No acknowledgement what so ever We sat down, gave our orders, got our food, but no utensils or plates. Was... difficult to find our waiter to take away our finished dishes, there was no space on our table. Took a long time to put inanother drink order. Had to wave him down so many time to ask for check but he was like tunnel vision not looking out way. Foodwas good but the drinks were fantastic. It was a Saturday, yes they were swamped. But a little acknowledgement would be nice"I'll be right with you" but nothing. Live music was so beautiful! It was very nice vibes. Please train your staff commoncourtesy. I would have left a two or three star review. I believe the staff attitudes can be changed and properly trained. Read more
My hubby and I stopped in for an early dinner and I can say that we will be back!! We shared everything and left feeling... extremely satisfied. For starters we had the drunken clams and I would have them again and again. The wedge salad was freshand delicious with just the right amount of dressing. For our entree (I forgot to get a photo) we had linguini with attitude andit was really good!! There is metered parking in Long Branch. The atmosphere was great as we had ocean views. Went for Sunday brunch with family and although a bit pricey, definitely worth it. Huge selection of food, served buffet style,... and it was fresh tasting and delicious. Staff was regularly putting new trays of food out and there were so many options it'salmost impossible to try everything they had to offer. My only real con was mimosas were not unlimited! Visited Mcloone’s for my wives birthday last week. The view was amazing the music was perfect the service was on point and... attentive the food was delicious and the mixed drinks were top tier! Even the manager was awesome he stopped by our table a fewtimes to make sure everything was perfect! It was a little pricey but definitely worth it. Definitely will return when in thearea again and recommend for anybody visiting Long Branch NJ. Read more
My mom and I went for lunch on a weekday. It was just okay. We have been coming here for years and the food just wasn’t the... same. We always get the crab tower and it was good but not as fresh as it used to be. It could have been that this day wasreally hot and the food just didn’t do well in the heat since we are outside.
