Food was good, service was beyond horrible. My family and I visited this restaurant during the week, on a Monday. Most of the... tables were empty, I'd say about 30% capacity. My mother in law is disabled and in a wheelchair, she wanted to use the restroomand the corridor leading to the restrooms had chairs stacked up which shortened the width of the corridor. Made it verydifficult for us to take her to restroom and her legs/feet hit the chairs and wall while trying to maneuver her in. I spoke withthe matradee and advised her that the corridor was not wide enough to maneuver a wheelchair due to the chairs and her responsewas "that's where we stack our chairs" shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Our reservation was at 7pm and it was not 715pmso I asked if our table was ready and they said that they were waiting for two more members of our party. I asked if we could beseated and I received an eye roll and she walked away again. But within a few minutes we were seated. We waiting patiently forover 10 mins and not one person came by to bring us water or bread or even greet us. We finally got the attention of a staffmember and asked if we can get some water. They brought us a bottle and filled two out of three glasses with an inch of water,walked away. We waited a few more minutes and once again tried to get a staff members attention to order appetizers and we wereadvised that they would not be taking our order until our whole party has arrived, so we waited. Once our party arrived, wealready knew what we wanted so everyone placed their orders. The appetizers came pretty quickly and they were delicious. Theentrees arrived and everyone received their orders but my oder was incorrect, not what I ordered. I told the person that thiswas not what I ordered and within a couple of minutes our waiter came and said "oh yes, you ordered the NY strip", walked away.There was no apology or anything else. Loved the outdoor seating vibe especially when the music is loud and the waves are crashing! It's amazing! Drinks are very good.... Will have to come back and try food. Service was great! Update. It was a bit disappointing dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good. For foods, I satisfied overally, but one of pasta... was not cook enough. It was not aldate. Finally they switch other dishes. Because of thanksgiving night, service time was veryslow. I started 5:30pm and I received my pasta dish at 7:00pm. I wish it would be a little faster. Read more
Booked for 5pm seating ordered fritto misso, caveti pasta and vongole all very delicious. Service was very attentive. One gripe... was so many seats by the window and I request to seat there, instead the hostess puts us on table away from the view where thechairs are ripped. I didn't drive 1.5hr to sit on a ripped chair. Otherwise view is nice but didn't understand the seatinglogic. When asked she said they are reserved. I'm thinking I reserved too. Read more
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. We had a confirmed reservation and of course we expected a table on time, but we... were sat on a table after 30 minutes of waiting. We were hungry and wanted to enjoy sea food and a good wine, but the servicewas terrible, lacking a customer-focused attitude and with a significant delay in service. Usually, I give my best tounderstand when the staff who are serving are trying to give their best effort, but some times the service is simply unpleasantand careless. In this case, the waiter made us feel the urgency to do the basics and get us done asap, even before getting anyof our plates. When you visit a place, you want to live a full experience, food, drinks, atmosphere, but also really important:service. The customer service makes the difference, and that's the reason why we may never comeback to Sirena. After 1 hourupon our punctual arrival with a confirmed reservation, we finally started our dinner with something else than just water; thedishes were tasty, well-prepared. My first time to eat at this restaurant. The ambiance is amazing inside and outside overlooking the beach. Located at Long... Branch NJ it's a nice peaceful very relaxing place to be. I've been there like 2 weeks ago before the chaos happened. The foodis delicious and the service is good. The neighborhood is beautiful and very modern. Plenty of things to do from hotelstaycation, shopping ,beach and food. It a good place to spend your day. Read more
