Visited the Baked Bear food truck in Asbury Park today. I had a awesome experience. Was greeted with a smile on the face of the... server upon arrival. There were so many choices on the board. It was so difficult to decide which cookie and ice cream tochoose. The server did a great job describing the flavors. I decided to pick the cookie of the month called lemon glaze and theseasonal ice cream strawberry shortcake. The worker offered to hot press the ice cream cookie sandwich. It was like the cookiesjust came out of the oven. The ice cream and cookies were so flavorful. The atmosphere was quaint with a designated picnic tablearea with strings of twinkle lights and a great view of the ocean. I can?t wait to come back again. I strongly recommend youtry it out! Arrived here on a Saturday night around 7:45pm?? Off season. The place was clean, workers friendly, and the ice cream was good.... I got their signature cookie sandwich. Part brownie-part cookie. Cookies n cream ice cream, heated with Oreos ... Sounds a lotbetter than it was. Presentation was top notch. They heated it up, but I think the heater was turned off lol.
