Once again Trama’s did not disappoint! This is my all time #1 favorite restaurant!!! Food is always out of this world and... service is second to none!! Chef Pat is amazingly talented. I am floored by the ingredients he uses in his dishes that leaveyou wondering how he comes up with these mouthwatering plates! Andrew and Sean are probably the best in the business, they neverleave a stone unturned and are on top of things at all times no matter how busy it gets. The food is ALWAYS consistent, socreative, but more importantly incredibly delicious!! Every plate comes out piping hot and the quality is top notch! Thecocktails no matter what you order are as tasty as they are beautiful! I could eat here every weekend because there are so manyamazing choices to pick from on the menu! Not only was our food delicious, but the cozy warm feeling in the restaurant was just the perfect setting. We opted for bar... seats, which was a great choice for just 2 of us. It was like a happy family, we were chatting with 2 other couples before weknew it. Highly recommend. The bartender Rob was awesome. Read more
Excellent Italian restaurant. I don't always eat Italian food out, this is the exception! You won't want to pass it up. Food is... always fresh and delicious. From start to finish, there sure to please. Love my pasta dishes! My favorite pasta dish is therigatoni, amazing! There fish is superior, freshness and prepared deliciously. I loved my experience here. I sat at the bar and was met with graciousness, hospitality, and truly excellent food. Robert behind... the bar was extremely attentive and a joy to chat with, and Shawn and Andrew both came by to check in on how I was doing. Best food EVER! Chef pat Trama is one of the greatest chefs out there! Amazing service, atmosphere, to die for food & delicious... drinks. We were referred to this gem by a good friend of the owner and I am SOO glad he did. The place has such a cozy upscale feel but... not in a stuffy way. It’s not a large place BUT the spacing is great as you don’t feel like people are on top of eachother. Started with a Caprese salad, then hot bread and oil then on to starters calamari and the mussels where we also dippedthe bread in the sauce!! Of course that’s all I needed as o was beyond full BUY then I had one of the best pork chops I evehad. It sat on polenta and a balsamic Demi glaze sauce. It was to die for! Wife had Orecchiette- broccoli rabe, garlic oil,crushed red pepper, parmesan reggiano! Finished with cappuccino and of course Ricotta cheese cake….BOOM!! Trama is by far the best restaurant on the Jersey shore. The food is always incredible. Every dish is more creative than the... next and the flavors are outstanding. The atmosphere is energetic while having a very elegant vibe. Pat Trama is a master chefthat knows how to make the most flavorful dishes. This is our regular spot for delicious drinks and fantastic food. But this isalso the perfect place for a special night out. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
