Convinced all these reviews are all their friends since they own so many restaurants. The service is horrible, the place is now... ghetto and the food is hit or miss. Mostly miss. If you’re from Queens you already know this is now for the other boroughs.They were good many years ago. None of their restaurants are great. I had the skirt steak churasca here and it was great. The service was very prompt and the drinks were great too. I will be back... to try the pernil but the food overall is fantastic. The drink menu is really nice if you like mojito and margaritas in general. Read more
The customer service was horrible and so were the portions. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come take our order and... about 45 minutes for it to come. I was sitting outside and came in to use the bathroom was immediately questioned by the samehostess that refused to seat us at first because they needed to “reserve” for future customers. The rice was the size of mypalm and the pernil was half bone and slimy. 2/10 Do better blend. Read more
Absolutely my favorite pernil anywhere. It's lean, but not too lean, and full of flavor. All the sides are excellent as well.... The service is quitw friendly and very prompt. I did not feel rushed at all and was really able to enjoy my delicious meal. Thiswas my third or forth visit amd the experience has been the same each time. Read more

This was my wife first time having Latin cuisine. (My wife is Korean so she never had a chance to try Latin food) Kayla was... amazing! She recommended the popular Pallo a La Piancha which was really good and tasty! My wife and I, also had the Flan andfrozen Sangria! It was such a disappointment. I really loved Blend on the water so came with very high expectations. However to start with, it... took more than 45mins to get our dishes when literally there were only two tables in the restaurant. We ordered an appetizergrilled corn, then brunch dish the egg Benedict on corn cake and French toast. Everything with corn were delicious but that isit. The rest were very poorly done. Read more
This is a great casual Latin-fusion cuisine eatery situated on bustling Vernon Blvd in Hunters Point. Reservations aren’t... required and walk-ins are welcome. Came in at 8pm on a Saturday night and only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. Casualatmosphere with seating inside and outside in a covered area on the street. The food was reasonably priced and the food waspretty good. I had the tilapia, a side of chips and guac, and a Patronjito cocktail (very boozy). For dessert, we ordered thechocolate cake, which was a bit underwhelming to be honest. The service was a bit on the slow side because there was only onewaitress for the entire restaurant (for both inside and outside seating) on a Saturday night and she was stretched pretty thin.She had a great attitude and was very nice though. She even both single-handedly presented a birthday cake and sang a HappyBirthday song (in a bright-eyed, very chipper way) for the table next to us. All I know is: Whatever they’re paying her,it’s not enough. Overall, I enjoyed eating here and will definitely be coming back for more casual nights out in theneighborhood.
