I can't believe the experience I had in Duncan Donuts on September 28th I went into purchase my coffee and I asked for simple... iced coffee with cream and caramel as the guy was making my coffee I happen to look over the counter which was right in front ofme and he told me don't be looking over the counter at him watching him make it I can't understand where you getting thesepeople from this is a free country we have eyes to see and yes I wanted to make sure he was making my coffee properly him heproceeded to embarrass me in front of everyone I am a senior not only that when I use my debit card two transactions would notgo through due to them whatever they did the machine whatever but it was a coincidence I'm in there all the time and my cardalways works I had to even go to my banking and show them I had the money in my account which was 1,400 no person should have togo through that I don't know if it's the nationality that does this because of where they come from they're not used to talkingto people appropriately then I educated how to deal with the public they don't get in service classes to be polite to peopletreat them the way you want to be treated so I'm giving this Dunkin' Donuts a star one it's the second time you haven'tcomplaints with the culture of people that are working inside there they're rude and disrespectful communication classes theydefinitely need because it's not their house they're in and I'm posting this so that my future people of color will not have togo through the humiliation this is not a third world country that's why so many people migrate here it's a free country withrespect to everyone's nationality teacher people how to respect people Read more
In my opinion it is better coffee than Starbucks...
Terrible customer service. They made me coffee after making me wait for over 10 minutes, 90% made of milk. If I wanted a... container of milk for breakfast I would have bought it plus they were rude when I asked them for a refund or to explain theother drinks available. Terrible experience Read more
They have both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins in the store. They have a huge ice cream cake selection. No indoor dining. Was... really shocked that they charge. 25 cents for whipped cream for drinks that featured it. They have all these newholiday/seasonal drinks hot and cold with whipped cream toppings. I can understand if it was something extra on drinks thatdon't have whip cream. Read more
I bought an avocado toast with bacon to go as I use To do in another places. When I opened the box I was sorprice of the very... small peace of bread that they put, it wasn't even half part of the box, and I paid almost $5 dollars for it. Second time, firsttime the Dunnat was old. Advice: check your things you buy here before you left this place. Read more
Nice one! This one has always been my favorite. While kids play at nearby play area I enjoy my vanilla chai @dunkin. Now Bj's is... expected to open at nearby location in a couple months. I recommend anyone visiting this place to give it a try. Read more
