Brought my kids here for lunch and we were all blown away by not only how good the food was but the service we received. When we... arrived it was pretty busy but I was determined to eat here after hearing about it from friends, despite the fact that we didn'thave a reservation the manager was quick to accommodate us anyway. Which we greatly appreciated! I absolutely love the menu andthe fact that just about everything is cooked to order. If you are in a rush don't come here, this is a place to relax and bewith friend and family. The food and atmosphere are phenomenal! I will give a 9/10 only because the music was just a touch tooloud and it was hard to have conversations but that's literally my only issue if you will. Keep up the amazing customer serviceand food! Delicious! Definitely ate too much but I'd do it again. The waitress and servers were very nice and attentive. We ate outside as... it was a sunnier day and the inside was more crowded than I was comfortable with. Everything we ate was tasty and delightful.The outside section is on the street and it was clean. Lucikly, not many bugs flying around and they have a cute wall on theexterior of the location which has a painted Long Island City mural and a few people stopped to take photos in front of it. There really are no amount of words to express my full appreciation for this establishment. From the second I called to place a... reservation on the day of, to the moment we left after our amazing brunch meal, their team was accommodating andprofessional. Now onto the best part, the food! The quality of all the dishes were exceptional and so delicious. I got the bigbreakfast plate and everything was cooked perfectly and satiated my palate in the most divine way. Cindy, our server was justall around amazing, offering some of the best service money can buy. Her suggestions were off the chain, and she made sure wewere taken care of down to the last detail. Restaurants is quite busy for brunch, serve was very attentive- that deserves 4 stars! Food options today were disappointing... though, the avocado toast was not amazing and more so like a spread. The eggs Benedict also okay! Not a fave in LIC. Read more
Such a cool vibe in here! Everyone is super friendly and there are so many options that you can get here. The chicken and... waffles are their go to so definitely check them out if you’re not sure what to order. I can the standard breakfast spread andeverything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back! Jackson’s is one of my most favorite brunch spots in LIC. I highly recommend their eggs Benedict and their delicious seasonal... fried chicken and pumpkin waffles. I hope they bring back their apple cider cocktail- that was absolutely delicious. Read more
This place was awesome, especially for the price - I guess this is the difference between Manhattan and LIC. We ordered a carafe... of their mimosa for $18 which provided several flutes of early alcohol drinks. We then ordered the fried chicken waffles andavocado toast + burrata.
